My wife and I went through the drive through the other night and the guy seemed a little slow or distracted, but he did get everything put into the computer correctly. After getting to the window and sitting for longer then is normal I realized that he was the only one working that night. So not only was he taking orders, filing drinks, and running the drive through window. He was also cooking and assembling all the orders. And he still managed to get our order right. And faster thwn i would expect for only one guy doing everything. I have to say I am super impressed with that man!

I went to the drive up and then they told me and and another car to park in front and wait for our food. We did. Then I noticed the cook came out and took his smoke break when I parked in front. So we waited. The cook finished his smoke break and went back to work. But they didn't bring our food. I went back through the drive up to get our food and she said it wasn't ready still. Parked back up front again. Eventually they brought both cars food. Our food was incorrect. I had to drive back through the drive up for a third time for them to correct/get our food. It only took me 23 minutes total to get 3 fries and 3 hamburger's. My small kids were starving.

They either need to close this BK down or start paying their employees better, maybe then there will be better service. I always thank them and smile and never say anything cause they don't get paid enough to deal with hangry customers but 30 mins of waiting just to have someone come out to my car to re take my order kinda just makes me not want to come back to this location. A stark difference from the BK in Sapp Bros that starts at 15 an hour.

Ordered online went to pickup told they didn't have anything we ordered. Refused to talk to us and will not answer the phone. I am out 35.62. The last time we visited this location the computers were down. Never going back to this location.

This is worst burger King ever. Place is closed half a time. Food came very cold. It wasn't prepared right there, rather microwaved. Absolute trash. And the freaks they employ there, shouldn't handle food.

As always James is very nice to us, engages in conversation while at the window. I bring my disabled boy here all the time and he just loves coming here to see him.

Once again I paid for food and it was not in the bag and I didn't look before I left which was my own fault and got home and we're missing a double cheeseburger. Too far to go back and they don't answer the phone so I can complain.

Worst location ever, I’ve ordered food to be delivered from here 3 times and each time the door dash guy gets there and they have the lights off, and no one answeres the speaker or phone. If I’m ordering food at 4 pm, there is no reason for this, they need new management

Came here on a Sunday at 5 and the lights were off inside the lobby so we went through the drive through. No one answered the intercom, pulled up to the window and the drive through closes at 7, where is everyone? Not coming back.

We Ordered, & Paid for, 2 Full size burgers. Instead, we received Miniature versions on the buns they use for Kid's meals. Also, their computers were down for a bit. I see, from others, that happens a Lot here. This owner needs to get it together or Burger King needs to kick them out of the business.
