This location is terrible. I waited 25 minutes for my food from the drive-thru, and the most they could say was “short staffed and we have new employees”. I sympathize with staffing issues, but this has happened to me before, and the other reviews here back up my claim. There is absolutely zero excuse for such huge delays. I walked in to ask for an update, and there was no sense of urgency at all. New people need to be trained, yes, I understand that. Proper leadership would make sure their senior staff is equipped to train new employees how to make food in a timely manner. I will not be returning to this store. The owner of this franchise needs to be aware of what is happening. I can’t imagine they will stay in business much longer if they don’t make some serious changes.
i went in and i was excited to eat there and someone greeted us and told us one second, that one second turned into 15 minutes. If i could give this place a rating of 0 I would. Very unprofessional, there was only three people there, one was making food, the other was in the drive through area, and the other-instead of helping us- was cleaning the lobby. I would not go back to this place after that experience.
Writing this review as I am waiting in the drive thru. I've never seen so many cars leave a "fast" food drive thru because of a wait time. This location is in need of an overhaul. I don't come here often, but there have been issues just about every time I come. Sometimes the location will just be closed I'm the middle of the day with no indication that it is closed or why. I come back every few months hoping that matters have improved, but it's been ongoing long enough that people should be aware, don't come here unless you're ready to wait. I have now been here for more than 30 minutes.Edit: Bumping up two stars because the staff was friendly and the food was good.
This place went over and beyond to correct a simple mistake. I order a plain sandwich but it came with sauce on it. But when I call in the manager Marie was amazing! She was so kind! I honestly forgot what originally happened lol Marie should be considered for a District Manager role cause her attention to the details and her kind spirit is much needed in the fast food industries! Thank you Marie and the entire burger king family in Sandy Utah
Waste of money! The gentleman with the ponytail kept rubbing his face and eyes while wearing gloves. When I got home I found eyelash hair in my milkshake. The fries looked and tasted old and now I'm even afraid to eat my burger. I just wasted $10 for nothing. Never returning to this BK. They need to teach their employees about cleanliness.
Only two guys working... he's very attentive, but the company needs to pay their employees more inorder to retain their employees. Order is taking a long time to recieved. If the kids didn't really want this food, I would have left by now.
I was not having a good day, and Marie and her team did a great job of being friendly and cheering me up. That doesn't happen often at a drive-thru! Thank you for the great customer service.
I never thought I'd be writing a 5 star review for a burger King without being asked, but this review is because every. Single. Time. I come here, I leave feeling happy. My order is always perfect, and the staff - EVERY time, is so kind, happy, and warm.I bring my little brother with downs here and he lit up when he recognized the man at the window who was so happy last time we got food. He waved and was so excited to see him again because he remembered the happy positive energy he received last time.Last night, I went through the drive through and was crying. My husband is in the ICU on life support, but I still needed to eat. The staff could tell I was having a really hard time. They offered me a free piece of pie, and when I explained that I couldn't eat it because of an allergy they gave me free cookies fresh from the oven instead. They were so respectful and warm towards me - a perfect stranger, and they didn't even know the reason why I was crying. Another girl came from the back and told me she was so sorry I was having a rough day, complimented me, and gave me words of encouragement and a warm smile. They don't work for tips. Their kindness is GENUINE. I get this kind of experience every time I go there. The employees here are absolutely beautiful people from the inside out. When I opened my food last night, it was put together so perfectly. My sandwich could have been in a commercial even after being wrapped up and driven home!
I went through on Tuesday night 2-22-22 around 11 and the guy in the drive thru was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and happy! I didn't catch his name but it was a great experience going through and I appreciate the great customer service!
I was waiting in the drive thru for about 20 min. I can’t be mean about the people there since we’re all nice, bud that’s food wasn’t great.I ordered a whopper with extra pickles and they gave me a double whopper with nothing inside (one pickle and one piece of lettuce) Chicken fries were just over cooked and dry.
