Very expensive, very average Boba drinksNonexistent customer service - they didn’t even tell us when I drink was readyNo “no tip” optionConfusing menu with additional charges around every corner. What we expected to be a 5 or 6 dollar drink came out almost 9 dollars.
Got told that I have to order through drive-throug, and that I can't order in the lobby because it got closed. What's the difference between ordering in the lobby and through drive through if I am taking out anyway?Oh, also no indication that lobby is closed whatsoever.
This place is a hidden gem. I ABSOLUTELY love it! I live in south Jordan and I make my husband go all the way to Sandy to get it for me all the time (I’m currently pregnant and crave boba). The best is the taCo boba with the coconut jellies. Honestly hands down the best freaking boba ever. I have been to so many other places but NO WHERE does it like this place. I wish there was one closer to me!!!!
My first time here and it looks cute from the outside but the inside needs work and to be cleaned. I got the Suntan boba drink which the flavor was eh.. leaves a nasty after taste and the boba pearls were horrendous. Texture as marbles.. it's suppose to be soft and chewy.. probably won't make a appearance here again. Try DingTea in taylorsville instead!
Worst Boba ever. Place was filthy, floor was sticky, and the service was non existent. There are a bunch of teenagers hanging out in the kitchen trying to avoid work, as it took them 5 minutes to come out and take our order. My drink tasted like old cereal milk. Don’t waste your time or money. The health department needs to do an unannounced inspection.
The place looks cute at first glance, but all the furniture is old and turning black from use. One of the menu monitors is completely out, the other one is about to die. But that's just the beginning. When I walked in to order there was very obviously two girls eating the back and completely ignoring me. After about 5 minutes one of them came to VERY reluctantly take my order. I ordered 2 different drinks. One of them was good - it was a coconut drink and it tasted like coconut. But the Thai Tea was THE WORST I've ever had. It tasted like sweet milk.
Lots of awesome flavors for boba, but their tapioca balls weren't fantastic. The only way I can describe them was al dente, like almost slightly crunchy towards the middle
Soda was ok. I could taste that the lemons and limes weren't washed. The pretzel was honestly disgusting, worst I've ever had. The cheese was stone cold. I would come back for just a soda and maybe will try the cookie next time.
Taro tea with lavender is rapidly becoming my addiction because of this place, lol! Staff is friendly and efficient. Beware, however: I have heard that when you tip here with a credit card, YOUR TIP DOES NOT GO TO YOUR SERVER/CASHIER! If you would like to tip the staff and not the business owners, place cash in the box.
the kids who work here are sweet but underpaid & understaffed. there are often flies and sometimes spiders in the front of the store. also they do not offer a base of green or black tea which is standard for essentially all other boba places
