I brought my father and child here on a whim. I just walked in and was seated immediately by kind and smiling staff. The drink orders came quickly and never ran out. I drink very fast and I reached the bottom of my glass like 3 times the whole time. The food was made beautifully. My daughter told the chef she was scared of fire but he was wonderful he did his whole show and she was no longer scared. He was super kind. I wish I could remember his name. The food came out much faster than Benihana and was all wonderful. They DO NOT have sushi. Do not make that mistake. It is very loud, but when the crouds quiets down the music is nice and relaxing. The check came out quickly. I got a kids meal and two steak combos and my bill was only about $88. A little more after tip. Very affordable. Overall I'm very pleased.
My family is still talking about the food. Great soup, great salad, and the entertainment was superb. They place you around a grill with about 8 other guests and the show begins. Each table has a cook with knives flashing. He cooks the dinner in front of you while entertaining. The steak was very tasty and the salmon was probably the best I've had. The night we went it was busy with dates and families. But the restaurant was well organized and the staff came across with military precision. We all had fun and the food was top notch. Highly recommended.
We went for an early Valentine's Day dinner at Bonsai and it was great. Good customer service and the chef was hilarious. They also accommodated our young (15 month) daughter by bringing crackers before dinner started and doubled the booster chairs so she could enjoy the show. We'll be back!
It was our turn to pick a restaurant for our friends, and I was apprehensive because I hadn't been to Bonsai in a few years, but we really loved the food and service even though they were very busy. I particularly appreciated our chef, who was very skilled and funny without being obtrusive. We'll be back.
I’ve been to both this restaurant and Benihana. I must say that while both restaurants make the meals at the table, Bonsai emphasizes the taste of the food wise l while Benihana emphasizes the showmanship of the chefs. The food is 100% better here. We will probably be coming back for another special occasion since my wife wanted to come here for her birthday.
This place is delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and the filet melts in your mouth. Also super fun place for a birthday my little sure enjoyed being treated so special. Thank you guys for always being so great to us.
Phenomenal meal. Great service and food was delicious. A great way for my eight friends and I to celebrate our buddy’s first date!
Food was excellent, overall. Salmon, chicken and filet was all delicious! I wish there was more variety in the veggies. The addition of Broccoli, carrots, and cabbage would be amazing. And omit the thin outer layer of the onion.

It was wonderful. My daughter and her fa mily took me and my husband for my 76th Birthday. The food was amazing and the cook very entertaining . Service was super. We will be going back again..
