The person working the drive thru had at least a 15-minute conversation with the person in front of me. I never saw a drink handed out the window or any kind of transaction; just a nice long chat while we all waited behind for them to finish up. I actually have never seen something so crazy. Thought I was being Punk’d.
They literally messed up my order all 3 times I went ... employees have good attitudes for the most part.. one guy was rude to me once and that's all I'll say. Never coming to this garbage location again
I'll go to Beans and Brews before I'll go to the other high priced place I won't mention their name but it sounds like far-fucks? would give you five star see if you didn't charge the same as them! $7 is a little much for a coffee I will agree they are yummy but damn have you made enough money yet
So went to the Beans and Brews on 13th e & 10600 s today. Ordered a Be Everything Sandwich and iced coffee. She confirmed my order and told me to pull forward. Got to the window, she handed me my sandwich and I could see it wasn't a Be Everything, she said it's a Be original, but I ordered a Be Everything, yaa were out of ham and walked away to get my iced coffee ...I gues they just change your order to what they have in stock!
Great coffee! Nice atmosphere, typical of other, much larger coffee chains. Friendly baristas.
Best Beans location ever!! Tyler is always so nice and this other gorgeous girl with amazing nails, was so nice and wrote a sweet message on my lid. Thanks you guys.

Always great coffee and polite service. However, I'm there frequently and several times recently I've been charged for a large, and only received a medium. Sometimes I've had them fix it, but other times I didn't realize we were actually charged for a large until we had driven away. Today was one of those times. If maybe they heard me wrong and thought I said medium, that's one thing. Clearly whoever entered the order knows I said large. I'm starting to wonder if this is intentional, and if I should look elsewhere for coffee.
Staff are great here! Not to mention the coffee is equally great!
