Nice location, comfortable setting, good volume, nice staff. But I, like many people, go there to work on things. So when I come three times in a row to your net not working properly, having to use my Hotspot which already doesn't work great, it makes me want to find a new place. A coffeehouse has certain services that are just understood to be available. Strong WIFI is one of them. I wouldn't complain if this was an occasional issue. But it is down more than it is up, and that's not alright.Also, if you are going to use a sign in terms of service page to connect, you should make sure that page consistently comes up. Otherwise, use a password and put a sign for it up, it will have fewer problems. And stop banning "adult" pages. I can't get to needed medical sources for my work, and I guarantee your students who come in to study won't appreciate being told they have to be watched like children. I know I didn't.
I love Beans & Brews but, I hate that this is the location closest to me. It's very near home, so it's convenient. But the employees are not always friendly or professional, you always end up ordering twice because once you get to the window you have to order again...for some reason ?♀️ And many, many times the order is not correct. Example: just today, stopped for coffee, bought more than one. Asked specifically for espresso in one of the drinks. They put the espresso in the wrong drink and now the person who ordered that drink, can't drink it because it's too strong for them. So, I am stuck with two drinks. Also, many times if I ask for whipped cream or no whipped cream, they will inevitably do the opposite. And you wait in line for way too long, even if you're the only car there. I don't understand why this location struggles to keep a balanced flow of accuracy, quality and time efficiency. Perhaps they lack experienced management? Because if management was present, these things wouldn't go on for years and years, as they have. This needs to be evaluated please. Thank you
Just ordered a white chocolate mocha late and it’s absolutely horrible. No white chocolate. No whip cream and it was just a little half way full the rest was foam. Paying $5 for a drink and getting something undrinkable is a major downer. I waited at the window and waited to tell them the drink was not made correctly but they never came back to me.This location is definitely a hit or miss. Sometimes I get great drinks. Sometimes I don’t. Maybe new employees?
My favorite coffee shop. Although a competitor is closer, I prefer Beans & Brew because I get more for my money than from the closet coffee shop.
Sometimes it's amazing, others I wonder if they either forgot my flavoring, or the coffee itself in my latte.85% of the time, they're great!

Good coffee, cool and friendly crews.We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends.
Great coffee and friendly staff. Worth driving a few extra miles instead of going to other place.
A smaller space. There are three booths, one small table (in a bit of an award spot) and four armchairs in the back.
