Great business, it is ran in a professional manner. I toured their training facilities and the warehouses. They explained the process of how they roast the coffee. The quality is excellent and you can tell because they keep the warehouses very clean and it smells great.

I visit my local beans every morning, ask the staff knows me by name and drink, this isn't so much about the site as it is the app. Again I visit every day, since October 6th, I havent received any of my points. I look forward to getting my points, I get the same thing everyday, sometimes twice. I cakes corporate office only to get a message to leave my info.. 4 days later so no call back. When I asked the girls today I was told that corporate didn't call back unless they feel it's an issue that would cause them a negitive appearance in the eyes of the public, of course they respond to online complaints because it's public and they want to uphold an image. Im beyond disappointed.. I think from now on I'm be going to Dutch bros.

This is not a retail location. It's a distribution / storage / office space. I'm a truck driver. I was there a day early with a full 53' trailer. It doesn't look like a place that takes 53' trailers, but they started unloading me in the driveway in between their storage and office space as soon as I got there. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Thank you so much. I also like your coffee shops, I hope you install walk-up windows in the future.

I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE because I didn't order fast enough. I am Realtor, and I meet a lot of people for coffee, I purchase gift cards by the 100"s and spend a lot of money in this place, or I used to. Met with Clients at the Jordan Landing location, facing foreclosure, right at Christmas, needless to say it was a delicate conversation. We were interrupted by a young lady informing us of their loitering policy and to order or leave. I asked her to give us a few minutes, she came back and again said order something or leave. So I ordered what ever she wanted to bring me that would make her happy and allow me to finish my conversation with these distraught people. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS HEATED! so after my clients left I stayed behind to speak with the girls at the counter about the way that was handled. It's not what they said but how they handled it. It got worse and they told me to take my business elsewhere. I informed them that it was not their place to make that decision and let me speak to the manager, who came up and as we tried to have a conversation, yet they would not shut up, I finally had to tell one girl to butt out and let me speak to the manager, these 2 girls were so rude that I will never give Beans & Brews another dime, let along the hundreds of dollars that I did this year. I really hope that someone in Corporate actually reads this. I am an easy person to get along with, I understand policies, I have my own, but I do not look like a vagrant, and I certainly will not allow 2 stupid young people running a counter to speak to me or my clients that way. BOTH OF THOSE GIRLS SHOULD BE FIRED.

I have left negative response before and I believe in being fair and so I wanted to leave you some very positive response today. I’ve visited your store on 4100 S. and 40th W. and the young lady that worked the window I don’t know her name but she served me before. she took my order right away there’s two cars in front of me but she got them served and then when I got up there she asked me if I wanted a carrier And I said yes and I got my drinks put in there with straws in the drink and a cupholder on the hot one with the little thing that stops it from spilling. I normally have to ask for those things but she’s very on top of it the drinks are made right they were made timely and I appreciate it. I wish I knew her name and I don’t I seen her at the drive up several times and she is very good employee

Rude managers, drinks made incorrectly repeatedly and no returned calls from corporate. Don't waste your time go to Starbucks, at least they make an effort

I was a regular until this morning, I spend upwards of $200 a week in these stores and to be treated as I have been lately is a clear sign to switch coffee houses. The store specifically is located on 2707 highland drive. the employees all and I mean all have the worst attitude and treat everyone as if they're below them!! If you hate you're job this much find another one and dont work with people!!
