Store was clean, the girls working there were very welcoming and friendly, the ice cream was great.Don't bother with subzero down the street. Everything is subpar there. We had a terrible experience right before coming to Baskin Robbins. One high school employee at subzero was rude and they were out of multiple things including waffle cones, expensive and low quality dessert. Night and day difference with Baskin Robbins here.
Such friendly nice staff that are very patient when it comes to wanting to sample ice cream while dealing with kids!
Got a door dash order from here ice cream was good but they didn't give us our fancy waffle cones after charging us for them door dash provided a refund but kind beats the point of ordering a ice cream cone and not receiving the cone part the one in Orem would put them on the side

Very unhappy with the cake I ordered for my son's 15th birthday. It was made so sloppy I was so angry and embarrassed with my guests. Felt bad for my son since he really loves the ice cream there so he wanted his cake from there. I ordered a cake with his picture and was told it was going to cover the whole front and it didn't, also the writing was put on his shoes instead neatly under the picture, the back of the picture was folded and just covered up with frosting. The worse!!!!!
It would be a million times better if it wasn't so expensive for what you get

No fuss, No muss. The employees are trained well and perform well under pressure. I don't go here very often but when I do I have had no issues.
That girl named Cali made me a perfect scoop on my sugar cone and my husband said his shake was devine... thanks Cali girl
