If I could give zero stars I would. Been trying to get a hold of them to make an online delivery/phone delivery and nobody answered they hung up multiple times after five minutes. Awful customer service. I love their food but it’s not worth sitting on hold just to be hung up on. I have been a customer for a couple years order at least once a week from them but now they’re services just gone downhill.
Unfortunately the rating is low not because of the food, but because of how they handled a mistake they made. I phoned in an order, when the employee repeated my order, it was wrong. So I corrected her and she acknowledged my order correctly.When I got home it was wrong! I called and notified the employee that I had repeated my order twice. She stated “we don’t have what you ordered” and I asked why didn’t you tell me that on the phone. She just laughed and said “I’m sorry “ I asked her what are you going to do about this? She said “I don’t know what you want me to do about this “. I asked to speak to the manager “ he is out till Thursday” I asked to speak to the person in charge. “Oh he’s cooking right now”. It was clear to see that she had no intention of making things right. Their prices are a little higher than other places so I paid for good money for nothing!
We are visiting from Washington state, wanted some Chinese takeout and saw the reviews on this restaurant so decided to try it. Our expectations were not high because we thought the name of the restaurant was strange and we’re pretty spoiled with Asian cuisine coming from Washington state We we’re happily surprised! The food was amazing! Everything was fresh and home made. Even the Pot stickers and cream cheese wontons were clearly made fresh at the restaurant as they both had a very distinct and delicious flavor. The sesame chicken was the best I think we have ever had The egg drop soup is a must try. We also tried the Kung pow beef it was wonderful and very spicy. Warning on the Kung pow beef; my husband and I love a lot of spice and normally when we order ask for extra spicy, we did not do that and just order the Kung pow beef straight and it came very very spicy. We absolutely loved it but just beware if you are not in for spicy spicy food.
Be wary ordering through Grubhub. The food is usually great but the service has left something to be desired. 30 minutes after ordering they called and said they didn’t have ingredients for pad Thai and asked us to switch to something similar. Sure we said. Then they charged us more, less than a dollar so whatever. Half an hour later they call us again stating that we have to approve the <$1 up charge before they can send our food. We tried but didn’t receive any link to approve. I asked if they could just eat the change and send our food but she said they have to pay for the ingredients so they were unable to help.
The place was cold, we sat for 15 minutes, while no one in there, no one came to take our order! A lady came to pick up her to go order, the could not find it in their computer! The girl at register asked her if she knows what she ordered!Don't waste your time or money here, it just doesn't worthed.
I love this spot so much!! They are amazing for my fix every time I want a great dinner. The egg drop soup always hits me right on a cold night and anything from here that I order is so yummy, I can’t find an order I can stick to!
Had very little time, they got us and out in less than 30 min. We've eaten a lot sesame chicken and this was the best. Don't think it was just because it was served fast and fresh, because the leftovers were almost as good the next day. Great experience!
The best Walnut Shrimp I've ever had. A litte nervous that we had made the wrong decision, we were the only people here at lunch time. Our fears slowly went away. The food was amazing, service wonderful and very clean place. We ordered the Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, Ham Fried Rice and Walnut Shrimp. We will be back it was wonderful.

I had the sesame chicken, and tried orange chicken and Kong Pao chicken from others at the table and they were all good. The hot and sour soup was only okay. Portions are good size, they charge a little extra for brown rice.
