3 orders of French Dip Sandwiches - Buns were hard and dry, cheese never melted. AND Once again. 3 drinks- no straws. Mozzarella sticks -no sauce. Jalapeño Poppers - No sauce. Chick strips that we specifically asked to have BBQ sauce for - nothing. AGAIN. Why did you ask me if I wanted any sauces if you had no intention of giving me any?Look at your rating compared to the other Arby’s in the area. Don’t tell me this is an employee shortage. This is a management problem.
They are CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong, whether it’s missing food or the wrong item completely! There’s only one thing they do consistently, and that’s screw up! I Ordered a fish sandwich tonight and they gave me a chicken sandwich instead. Last time I got food here, they left out an entire sandwich from my order. I don’t know who runs this restaurant, but they need help.
Parking near the door. Lobby is open and clean. Restrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Food was good
Poor customer service. Had to point out that they didn't give me all of my food twice in the drive thru before they just told me they were out of one of the items. I wasnt offered an alternitive just gas lit saying they told me as such when I ordered, (which I wasn't). If they would have honestly stated thatin the first place, I would have haply ordered something else.But missing several items for an order and keeping my recipt then everyone working acting as though I'm a pain because I'm asking for everything I paid for? Not even offered an alternative?This experience was extremely unpleasant.
This Arby's was short on the meat; the fries were old; and everything was pre-done and was soaked with their sauce. Not a good experience. I will be looking for another Arby's.
Just went through the drive through ordered the medium roast beef. I don’t usually do Arbys but it’s close to my work. Asked for two sauces, girl says I can only give you one. I said I will pay for more and she said no only one per sandwich. This sandwich has nothing else but meat so it’s dry. That is why I don’t usually eat here because it’s dry. Will not be going back. Sounds dumb but if you want more than one ketchup with your fry’s you can have more than one. I’m totally willing to pay for one more packet.
Steer clear of this location!! This was the 4th time in a row I have been to this location and told they are out of roast beef. And, this time, when they told me they were out and I thanked them and said I'd pass on ordering and go somewhere else, they yelled at me out the drive through window as i drove off. I'll never give this location my business again!
They were out of the new rib sandwich so I got a brisket sandwich. The meat was dry, tasted old, and the sandwich ended up in the trash! I understand the issues right now with staffing and supply chain, but serving obvious old meat is unacceptable! The drive up guy was polite. Other locations are open, this place is still just drive up. Save yourself, keep driving, or make dinner at home.
Man was it s..s..l....l....l.....o......o......o.....w......w.......w!!There was only one car in front of me and maybe they had to cook something special. Anyway, after about half way through the 6th song on the radio, I shut the car off. I did have something to do while I was waiting. But finally I was rewarded with break lights. I started my car and when the car in front moved, I drive forward and was ready for my turn to wait. But I didn't have to wait long at all. As soon as I paid, there was my food.So, guess it just wasn't my day.In beta: offer drive-thru as an option
I love Arby's, but not this one. Be sure to check your order before you leave. You could be the only car at the drive through and they will still give you the wrong order. Its amazing. Fool me twice...
