Owner operator and friendly service with samples if your new. Not a fan of eggnog but the choice was awesome. Mild flavor and creamy smooth. We will be back!
I ordered over doordash and 45 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready and said it would be delivered for another 45 minutes. Concerned what would take so long with a simple Italian ice, I called. The employee had not ever looked at my order, telling me they would start it then.It tasted great but as it was a treat for my daughter, she had to go to bed before I even got the items in question. Very frustrating.
Highly recommend and the hype was worth the wait! Great dessert but not for the faint of heart. The treats were sweet!
This place was amazing. I had the strawberry Italian ice with vanilla custard. Wish they had this place in California.

I’ve visited this shop many times and the staff is always helpful. And the custard/shaved ice is consistently delicious! I rarely recommend food places as most establishments have inconsistent service or product, but I am not worried about this here and have told many of my friends they should stop by.
they copied Rita's perfectly. if you can't get to Rita's, Zeppe's is the second best thing!
