Kinda underwhelming to be honest, staff was very nice even with us coming in a half hour before close, got a couple bowls of the Shoyu Pork Ramen and we’ll it was alright. $31 for the two bowls but there was almost as much cabbage as there were noodles. The broth was an alright flavor and there was an ok size slice of pork with it. The egg was the star I did really like that. Over all I’m not a ramen expert but I though this was pretty middle of the road with slightly higher prices then it was worth.

My kids were looking forward to the Yoko Ramen SLC for two days since I saw a review about the chicken ramen. To be honest, I was disappointed because the soup base was too salty. However, my kids love the crispy fries with fried sauce. They devoured the chicken wings before I can even take a picture of it. My wife ordered her vegetarian ramen. She also said her soup was too salty as well. Very disappointed that Yoko Ramen didn’t live up to its reviews.

Pretty underwhelming. Their Chicken Ramen didn't have any strong or distinct flavors. It had the taste and consistency of cheap chicken dipped in frying oil/lard. The salt content was fairly high, but the flavor was absent. Certainly better ramen shops nearby.

Super cute spot.. kinda disappointed with the quality of food. I'd advise all to not order their "kimchi" .. and expect gyozas to come out to table with pieces all stuck together. Maybe it's their twist to these dishes... But it's not typical to authentic recipes.

We came in as a large group and they sorted a table for us quickly. Food and service were both excellent. Very reasonably priced and all came out quickly. I’d recommend going to town with the extras, chilli oil, tasty mushrooms, burnt ends etc. A thoroughly enjoyable experience! Big shout out to Doug!

Easy 5-star bowl of Ramen. Please reduce the price though.. there is no way ramen should be priced at 15 bucks a bowl (not including add-on’s) . I can easily smash a single bowl in one sitting.. if I am paying 15 bucks I should have enough for dinner another night. In Japan, ramen is meant for the people and is not restricted by high prices. If you lower the cost you would increase your customers significantly!!! Still excellent ramen.

Yoko used to be one of my favorite spots, but there’s been a trend over the past couple of years that breaks my heart. Not only has the food quality gone way down, but if you place an order for pick up they won’t start making the food until you arrive to pick up the food. I don’t understand why they have an online order system and give you a pick up time and confirmation email if they haven’t even made it. This appears to be a policy of theirs and has happened very time we’ve ordered. This is made worse due to COVID, as part of the reason for ordering pick up is so we can avoid being in small, packed places with unmasked people. If we have to sit and wait 15-20 minutes for the food to be prepared, then there’s no point in the ordering system.

Yoko Ramen is so yummy! Their vegetarian and vegan options NEVER lack in flavor. Their daily vegetables are hardy and filling. The staff is friendly and fun. This is my favorite ramen joint in SLC hands down!

Food is amazing!!! Will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food! I don't know too much about ramen or "authentic" ramen, but I LOVED my meal. I got the chicken ramen and it left me warm and happy. The tables are uncomfortably close together, but I understand since it's a smaller building. The staff are kind and help as quickly as possible. I do not recommend the mixed drinks they offer. I didn't enjoy my Moscow mule from this location. I love coming here! Highly recommend stopping by.
