Great atmosphere, yummy sushi! It’s a little high in price for me and my boyfriend to go to on a regular basis, but it makes a great spot for special date nights. I’ve had a little bit of everything on the menu, as have my friends, and we love it! Service staff is always nice and attentive.Only bad part is the wait time. On Saturdays and Fridays, expect a LONG wait (1-2 hours). But that’s to be expected of a smaller scale Sugarhouse restaurant.Amazing as always!
We went in on a Sun night at 7. I like this restaurant and have been a few times and the servers are always super nice. But this night the host was having a bad night and totally taking out his frustrations on the customers. This review is because of particular host/server - a young dude with red hair/freckles working at the host stand. He was so angry, condescending, and rude that we ended up just walking out. I’ve been a cook, server, and hostess. You can’t treat paying customers with an attitude and expect them to stay when there’s so many restaurants nearby.
My friend I had dinner at Yellow Fin tonight and it was delightful. I wish I remembered the name of or server as she was really wonderful. The food was excellent but the star of the evening was the server. It was a wonderful evening!

Great selection and you can watch them make the rolls. Staff was great and everyone was happy! I had one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had!
Friendly staff and great food at a reasonable price. Huge variety of sushi, most of them quite good, although some are a bit out there with their ingredients. Lunch has a great variety in particular.
Very cute sushi restaurant and great atmosphere. The music was a little loud. The food was very presentable and looked fantastic! The food tasted better than most small sushi places I’ve visited. Most the staff was friendly. Great little spot to eat sushi and relax. Would visit again.
