Wow, I have never been treated so horribly by a young punk fast food employee ever. We just went through the drive through. When we got our food an item we ordered was missing. I had to lightly honk my horn to get someone's attention. This kid opens the window and I told him the item we were missing and he said I wasn't charged for it. No problem, he rang up the item and I was going to pay for it. He came back and told me the total by saying "that will be $3.57 buddy." I am a 51 year old woman, I am not this kid's buddy. As went to hand him my card to pay for it, I told him "I am not your buddy, I am a customer." This punk proceeds to tell me he is refusing me service for being rude, then closed and locked the door. He refused to talk to me or service us any further. Since when is a customer expecting to be treated with respect being rude? We called the store and asked to speak with the manager, this kid said he was the manager, we then asked who the general manager was and he said he was the general manager. I have never been so gobsmacked to be treated so horribly where I chose to spend my hard earned money.
I went here on Thursday and I drive a semi truck so. I can't use the drive thru. So I went to the front door and their was a sign on it saying drive thru only lobby is closed because they don't have enough employees. So i walked around the building and knocked on the drive thru window and the owner came and told me that he couldn't take my order in the drive thru without being in a vehicle. I asked him why and he said that the city gave him a cease and desist order to keep him from taking orders from people who walk up in the drive up window. So I asked him to unlock the front door so I could order lunch and he basically told to go somewhere else to eat. Personally I don't care who takes my money. But to use a lousy excuse like that I hope you loose your business. You have terrible customer service experience. If I could have left 0 stars I would have. Remember it's people like me who keep your place in business try to remember that next time
I like their chilly cheese dog, but in my opinion they are way over priced! I mean really it's a hot dog and a cheep one at that (not all beef or anything). And the immature guy at the drive up window, makes the customer wate on him at the pa (speaker intercom) and then again at the pick up window. Then shoves your food and change at the same time (no consideration for the customer at all). So the price and the service were not so good.
A young man with long wavy black hair around 17 years old, in the drive through discriminated service to a few police officers. He made a public scene where he mocked and ridiculed law enforcement as well as locked customers out of the building so he wouldn't get in trouble. He threatened to trespass the officers for no apparent reason.It is currently suspected and under investigation that the young man had been altering food through bodily fluids or chemicals
I will never understand how fast food employees continue to get orders wrong. Everything is simplified for you guys you look at screens hit buttons and then take the food and put it in a bag with all other items ordered. Make sure you get it right people aren't paying money to come back again to get their orders right nor should they have to. Do it right the first time.
If you're in the mood for some greasy, gross food, then Wienerschnitzel is the place for you! The hot dogs are overcooked and the buns are soggy, but that's all part of the charm, right? The fries are greasy and salty, but again, that's what you're looking for when you come here. The service is slow and the staff is unprofessional, but hey, you're getting what you paid for. All in all, if you're looking for a cheap, greasy meal, then Wienerschnitzel is the place for you. But if you're looking for anything else, you're better off going somewhere else.
This place is super frustrating as they never have food at busy times. I would like to go and actually receive the food when I visit but that hasn't been the case the past 3 times I've visited.
Horrible staff! My wife paused for literally a couple seconds while placing our order, so the guy working the drive through yelled at her for not being ready. He told us to leave, so we did. This was the worst service of any restaurants we have ever been to.
I'm OK with this place it is not my favorite my husband loves it so every time mostly every time we go to salt lake we have to get wienerschnitzel.. They are friendly and I thought they were very fast at the drive-through And they've always got a order right so that's what thumbs up to me
They gave me the wrong burger, I didn't get the chili fries I ordered, and one of my drinks is wrong. I dont understand how you can read an order back to a person and then get it wrong.
