Happened by this location during a walk, right after I'd finished some mix I'd bought somewhere else. The ladies working were very helpful answering my questions and offering suggestions for a GREAT new mix. My only "lament" is I bought more than I planned. ??
I ordered several types of nuts. They came quickly & were delicious. I will definitely order from western nut again.
My wife and I order Western Nut for my father in law’s birthday every year. This year the package wasn’t shipped in time and his birthday is today. My wife text chatted the website and wasn’t expecting a reply until tomorrow since today is Sunday. To our surprise, we received a text letting us know the CEO is going to personally deliver the package to my father in law’s house today! This level of customer service is unheard of this day and age!! We are beyond amazed and extremely grateful. You’ve earned our business for life!
OK this is obvious, but if you like nuts and nut products this is a great place to send 30 minutes, and 50 bucks! My wife's favorite is their pecan brittle, while I am a fan of their English Toffee. They also have regular candy choices but you are in a place with nut in their name so... Long time SLC establishment.
It was crowded with holiday shoppers but we had no trouble finding an employee to help us. I wanted to order on line but it was a fun place to visit and worth the 80 mile drive.

I had a rare issue with part of my order. I used the text option on the Western Nut website to communicate with customer service. I received a prompt and professional response. The issue was quickly resolved and the customer service representative exceeded my expectations!!
Western Nut Company is BEYOND unique! They have such a wide variety of everything from nuts to dried fruits to candy. I really liked the Porter music player as well! We came in for Pepitas nuts with Cajun seasoning but they only had three bags in stock and we needed six bags. So an employee offered to make us some! It took five minutes for us to get fresh nuts and they were to die for! Not to mention that the other employees were super kind. I could not believe how big this store was too! I love it here!
I live in the Phoenix area and they always get my order delivered within a week! They also have great customer service and genuinely friendly people who work at Western Nut!!
