Dining room is frequently closed without notice and with customers still in lobby and the hours are unreliable. Last time I went i got snapped at by the acting manager who scolded me for even getting in the place despite no signs up to indicate they were closed and others had been inside before me. This used to be such a good location but they've really died in the last year. I love Wendy's and have never had an issue with the food but If you really can't staff a location well enough to keep the store open when it's supposed to, maybe it shouldn't be open anymore.

Waited far too long for order dining in. People working the order counter were disorganized. Said something was wrong with their system explaining why order took so long-meanwhile person playing on smart phone. The two dining order takers then locked the dining entry doors and left in the same car while another customer was waiting for order for too long. Drive through backed up to main road. Food was sloppily put together. They did offer free food for long wait.

They managed to screw up my order.... again. I order the following "A #10, spicy, with no lettuce or tomato... Pause.... small with a Coke please" Over and over again they hand me a spicy chicken with mayo (not the asiago) usually without bacon and half the time with lettuce and tomato. They manage to charge me the higher price but they mess up probably 70% of the time.Do not drive off without checking your food.

Honestly, when you can actually order the food is okay. However, I seriously do not know who owns or manages this franchise but they should be fired. For the last 6 months this place has been understaffed with the excuse of people are not “showing up for their shift”. I’m sorry but that’s not an excuse to have absolutely no staff but remain open while still trying to pawn off fries and drinks as a meal to turn a profit without the staff to cook a burger. This has to be the saddest excuse for franchise management I’ve ever seen.

I don’t understand why staff here have difficulty to keep the store open, but they close the store really early (8pm) and unexpectedly, which makes this store very unfriendly to delivery drivers. If no one wants to work here they should close this store forever. I keep wasting my time and gas coming here, and 8 out of 10 times I was not able to pickup any food. The way they operate this restaurant makes me loose at least $100 of earning in a month. Really lazy and disrespectful staff because all they have to do is pause the delivery order, and we drivers won’t be suffering from this. It will be on my boycott list forever!

Went before a party near by with some friends, they were out of a lot but we understood and that’s not the problem. We ordered two drinks, a lettuce wrapped jr bacon, a crispy chicken with a chicken patty on the side, and a single baconator. We were understanding that they’re low staff and out of a lot and it’s hard. But when we got our food and left we took a small sip of our drinks and we thought we had the wrong drinks, they were right just either watered down or somethings bad. Then I felt a bit of room in the cup and opened it to find these large drinks were only filled half way. We were disappointed but at that point we just shrugged it off. Please let customers know if somethings not available or if you can’t do certain items instead of just giving less or worse. The food was alright but we all got a little sick after.

This location frequently closes early, doesn't have a working credit card machine, or is so understaffed they can't offer anything except fries and nuggets. It is located in one of the busiest areas in downtown SLC, it's a shame this location is so unreliable.

This wendy's is well run and the employees were fast, kind and professional. The cashier I had was the kindest person I've ever had take my order anywhere. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great for a reasonable price with their 4 for 4 deal.

Better have cash on you cause this billion-dollar fast food chain’s location never has a working card reader or their system is always “down” whatever that vague statement means. I can’t tell if that’s the truth or if they’re just not getting paid enough to operate the store after it gets dark. Either way, don’t waste your time coming here

Took over 20 minutes to get one combo ready. It wasn’t that busy, and the few other customers I saw shared the same frustration. One customer came in and left from the frustration of trying to order. When I got my food it was lukewarm at best. I really don’t wanna give bad reviews but I think management should look at figuring out what’s wrong and fix it. I won’t be coming back for a reasonable amount of time.
