They definitely are feeling the staffing shortage but I believe they are worth the wait. I had a Matcha smoothie that was perfect and my toddler had a Kidsaltation which she loved. Everything is fresh and the staff is kind.
Had the superfoood green smoothie. It really doesn't taste like anything and was quite a disappointment. Not worth it.
My husband got a salad bowl. It was unique and beautifully presented. The flavors were light and energizing.
Personally I didn't enjoy my pricey meal. But if you like lots of pesto in your panini, or very strong ginger flavor in your juice, it may be a better fit for you.
I was excited to find a smoothie bowl place when I was shopping around the city creek. The prices are definitely more expensive than other places so that's a drawback. The wait was a little long. I ordered the dragon smoothie bowl and loved it! It was so pretty and I loved the different toppings! I wouldn't have minded if they put even more on top, especially for the price.
I've said this before on previous trips to SLC. How is the fruit, vegetables, bread, even the m f granola so much better at vitality? Compared to any comparable place in California. Cheers to your distributors, they deserve a bonus for keeping your customers happy and in to the freshest highest quality ingredients.
Everything here is so good. It’s the perfect amount of food so your not too full and you actually feel energized after eating. My kids love it here too!
All the healthy choices are awesome.Price is a little expensive but nutrition is. Right? Flavors are tasty. I would try this place again and again but only on payday. ? definitely something I recommend though.
CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this place!! SO MANY GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! So many dairy free options too!I have never encountered a better healthy menu. The bowls are a real treat and excellently done. The smoothies are not too sweet and dairy free, with no added sweetener. We had the Tropical Paradise. We had the vitality bowl for breakfast which included cacoa nibs. So delicious. For supper we had the Green Glow bowl which had chicken, brown rice and quinoa, avocado, cucumber, radish, pickled red onions, a delicious lemon tahini vinaigrette, green goddess dressing, feta cheese, and mint. So tasty, but not heavy.Go to their website and check out the menu. I assure you that everything we tried was more yummy than it sounded!
Their smoothie bowls are good, but they don't have any protein options for their grain bowls or wraps, apart from meat. They really need some tofu, tempé or gluten as options.
