Food and service was really good. Would give 5 stars except the bathrooms were less than acceptable. Hair was in the sink and there was dirty footprints all over. Overall cleanliness was less than adequate, but by the time we were leaving the bathrooms were being cleaned by the staff.
Very friendly staff, easy parking. Prices were a bit higher than I was expecting and because of the prices they don't get five stars. But the lovely wait staff deserves six stars.
Went in to Village and on Sunday March 27 2022. Was seated it right away the hostess was very courteous. The waitress was very helpful and courteous also. I guess we stay longer than we were supposed to because the busser / hostess wanted to clean our table but we were still talking. So what they decide to do is when we went up to the register to pay there were two employees up there they ignored us until we said something. I usually enjoy Village Inn and the customer service but this time the customer service was really bad that is no way to treat a customer. I might have to think twice about coming there again.???
We came in today 3/19. We were sat in Jinans section and she was the absolute WORST. Made it seem like we were the biggest inconvenience. I had to tell her 3 separate time my drink order. She tried to put hot food in front of our 9 month old. Checked on us once in the whole hour we were there. She was not on top of it at all. Never received such bad service here. We will not be back due to her. If she hates her job she shouldn’t work in the service industry.
This is as close to the grease and flavors you would find at a 50s diner. Immediately felt like I could destress for the day. The staff were exceptional. Please always remember that the person waiting your table is doing the job of 3 other positions. Tip them well and you will get service with a smile.
My mom and I had a most pleasant dining experience this evening at this location thanks to FATIMA. I am in awe at the genuine caring kindness that my mom and I were shown by our waitress, FATIMA. She was amazing!!!! I was in awe of how she spent time with each of her guests/customers (who she made certain lacked nothing!) and showed how very much she sincerely cared for every one of them! FATIMA has this special gift about her of an inner wisdom of how to make each person at each table feel special in such genuinely unique ways- truly nearly ethereal! What a treasure your company has in FATIMA, as well as the manager, Cherish who is also always most kind. FATIMA most certainly has each customer leaving Village Inn feeling much happier and hopeful in humanity than they came in feeling! God bless and protect this beautiful soul! THANK YOU FATIMA!
The staff here is amazing! The manager Cherish went above and beyond for us and made our dining experience outstanding! I recommend this village inn everyday of the week!
I just ate at this location and the food was great the waitress was on top of everything in a meeting. The manager Cherish was definitely amazing and did way more than expected I would give her 5+ stars any day!
Service was really great, seemed like staff really enjoys working there. Dining room was clean and had a great vibe. Coffee was great!!! Try their omelets and their Reuben, its soo worth it.
The club sandwich, Rio Grand skillet (with pork) and Rueben sandwich are all really good. My wife and brother say the chicken sandwiches are good too, but I haven’t tried them yet.
