The drinks were like just ice and no liquor in it. The waitress got two drinks in one hand, which spilling all the way to table.
The bar is a cute little spot with friendly bar tenders and a great ambiance. The cocktails tasted great and were made with care. The bar was not lively when we were there and the liquor selections were limited, also there are no beers in tap. Note Utah limits the amount of liquor per drink and that is the reasons drinks are cheaper that other locations.
This was our first time visiting Varkey. Everything was excellent.
Cocktails were great! Food was not great. Would go back for the cocktails though.

I used to love coming here when it was BTG, but Varley didn’t disappoint! Food was good, drinks were amazing, service was excellent. My only gripe is the DJ was a little loud and made it hard to talk. Maybe for 7:30 it could be just a little less loud. The menu is a little limited but the extensive drink menu made up for it.
We got there and sat down and ordered drinks and waited a half hour and our server never came back so we left. Cool cool cool cool cool.
