A wonderful place for an innovative cocktail, lively atmosphere and some tasty bites of food! We sat at the bar and it was really fun to watch the bartender make many different cocktails! My Mama Nana was a delicious bourbon based creation. The oysters and ceviche were fresh and delicious! I also enjoyed a stuffed grape leave and the Baba Ghanouj ! I have a new favorite bar in Salt Lake City! Make sure you bring your ID…they card everyone!
Really superb Seafood Bistro. The cheese tray includes Robiola Bosina, Drunken Goat, and Montealva. Hello! Served with toasted bagets. The fresh fish special including Snapper, Ahi, Trout. Impeccable. The Dolmas and olives was also excellent. All specially prepared. Super service? Specialty drink. Great evening out.
Visited here twice in a week. Great fish apps, cool industrial warehouse aesthetic,but absolutely best bartenders—all recommendations spot on! Also, ask the bartender (Natalie) about The Plastic Cherries!
My go-to bar for a fun night with friends, visitors, or even for a bite to eat. The drinks are artfully crafted and the presentation is always beautiful. The oysters are incredible, as well as the appetizer options. The staff always takes pride in what they are serving. Be sure to walk the plank!
Delicious drinks, fun atmosphere, and excellent food. Definitely a bit of a splurge, but the seafood is super fresh (I could not recommend the Scallop Crudo more, eat it with tabasco) and the pacing was perfect for a night out to celebrate. Pictured is their "Manzo's Steel" and their rendition of the Mai Tai (Utah liquor laws won't let it be boozier, but this still was delicious)

We didn’t know current had just closed. She said we could go over to undercurrent and still get some food options there. So in we went. It was not busy. There were 2 barbacks/ bussers that seemed to be the only ones doing anything. When we sat down and stated we wanted to grab some food. About 10 minutes in we got 2 drinks. We both didn’t like ours but a switch did just fine. We waited and waited. Our bartender went and socialized for a while. We have both worked in the industry, is seriously takes 2 seconds to ask if we want starters. Get some food in us so we can keep drinking. Finally we just asked for a check to leave. We were told they were understaffed. That would be a great excuse if there was any hustle going on at all but there was not.
I will never go back there anymore.I asking for a cocktail and let them get something sweet with Voka but I get this ( check my photo)Not full glass and I get only 3 sips. Done.What the F???? Almost $20 for that drink????Not anymore to go back that.Don’t talk about foods. I believe somebody may like it. I am not impressed for me at all.I am not recommending.
I have yet to write a review about this place simply because I have enjoyed it so much. This has a great cocktail program and great food to add on top. I hope for the best for this place and hope they expand onward because this is special.
