Lovely evening outside on the patio. Very attentive waitstaff and excellent food!
Our server was one of the best we have ever had. She was very attentive but not disruptive. Live music made the evening even better. We have not been to Tuscany for a long time. Based on our experience last night we will definitely be returning
As usual the patio and service was excellent. My husband's steak was great but my chicken parmesan was over cooked and I think I had a pound of pasta on my plate.
Excellent food and focus on service. The building and furnishings are breathtaking. Go there to celebrate any special occasion.
Don was a great Server. Great food and experience
We have eaten at Tuscany many times and will continue to do so. Great ambiance, nice setting, and it is always a plus when you can actually talk to each other without having to shout over the noise. The service is always terrific and last night was no exception. Last night the food came up a bit short though. My wife had the eggplant parmesan and it was just OK - she said there was too much tomato sauce. I ordered the pasta special, which was homemade penne pasta with mushrooms in a mushroom cream sauce. Anybody who cooks Italian pasta dishes with a cream sauce knows that the sauce must be of a consistency to cling nicely to the pasta without being too dry. This requires the sauce to be cooked down to the proper consistency, which does take a little time. My dish last night would better have been called house made penne in a cream broth. Whoever was cooking last night was taking a major shortcut of warming up some cream and dumping it over the pasta. Unforgivable and certainly not up to the standards that we have come to expect from Tuscany. You can do a lot better than this. We have asked several times for the restaurant to serve the bread warm. This would make it ever so much better, but to no avail. Tuscany has the potential to be one of the best restaurants in the greater Salt Lake City area, but attention to these small details and not taking shortcuts with the sauces is critical.
Food was delicious/unique. Service was great! Atmosphere was upscale without feeling too fancy.
Beautiful patio area, great service. The double pork chop is my go to and it is to die for!
The restaurant is beautiful. The service was some of the best weâve ever received. The food was disappointing. Crispy Brussels Sprouts was the best thing we ate, they are good. Bacon Wrapped Peaches, not so great. I think it was a little early in our Peach Season for them. The peaches were not sweet at all. The bacon was a little under cooked. Prosciutto Carbonara was the worse weâve had. There was no flavor, very bland. The Prosciutto tasted like cheap deli ham. Shrimp Linguini was bland as well. I couldnât taste the basil in the noodles and there was zero Garlic-Lemon flavor.
The service was outstanding! Thank you for helping us celebrate our 35th anniversary.
