I was trying to get to Cupla that was shown as one of the top places in DT SLC. I am not from town. The Lyft driver dropped me at the wrong location and I got in. Once in, I asked if Cupla changed names and she said that it was around the corner but convinced me to stay. The cashier was very very nice. I just mentioned to the server if she could make my latte sweeter and she got really rude about it and in front of me walked to behind the counter and complained with the cashier, made faces, rolled eyes. When I mentioned this to her she got worse. Please educate your server in customer service. Bringing something to her attention is not to be taken personal. This is why Starbucks is taking everyone’s business. Thank you.
I have gone here a couple of times and there customer service is okay but today was just ridiculous! Made my coffees wrong 3 times, every time the older lady at the register made a face and never apologized. I get we can make mistakes just own up and apologized. I wasn't mad they gave me the wrong order but I was more disappointed with the customer service from her. The younger lady was alot more helpful and kind about the situation. My coffee still didn't taste good.
Great experience — we grabbed some breakfast to go on our way out of town and our only regret is we didn’t go here sooner. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come here on our next trip.
Great place for breakfast. Bagels and croissants are delicious and they bring your food really fast.
Always love lunch at Toasters when working at the salt palace. Wonder if they'd be interested in my Beckham football jersey??
Overall, an okay experience. We love supporting cute, local places, but it was a little bit expensive for what you got, and they got our drink order wrong. The food was fine, though. Nothing special, but reliably good, and with great, friendly, amazing staff members.
Food and Environment was great peoples friendly and even met a Arsenal fan that i ended up chatting with for 20 min. Great time
Nice downtown coffee shop, with an excellent sandwich menu. Fast service too. My wife said her americano with cream was yummy.
