I've lived by this shop the past year and a half but was so surprised and became a fan of this place and their burgers just recently as I came in for the first time. I had their Avocado burger and it was 5 stars. Authentic Angus beef and the right amount of condiments inside the burger for a super reasonable price. Definitely surprised they are not more known, some of the best tasting burgers for the right price
I finally had the opportunity to stop at Tickles, since they are no longer open on the weekend, and it was awesome. It was just what I was hungry for and the fry sauce is AMAZING!
About 20 years ago we moved into the apartments next to this restaurant. It was one of our favorite places to eat at the time. Now whenever we are in the area we stop by to eat. It’s just as delicious as we remember. Love it!

Finally a good mushroom burger and fry sauce is awesome. Sorry Apollo cheaper and way better. Service was outstanding. Call em as I get em. Mmmm
My family has patronized this restaurant for over 20 years, before I was even born. Up until recently, I would have given them a five star rating, but today's events led to this low review. We are a big fan of their pita bread, and we regularly order them a la carte with his ranch. 10 pita bread + 5 ranch typically costed us about 11.60. He charged for the ranch, which was kinda dumb, but he makes it in house, so we let it slide since the bread is so good. Two days ago we got the same order as always and it was a couple dollars more than usual. I know it's just a couple dollars, but a couple dollars is a couple dollars. My mom called the restaurant, and the owner's employee picked up. My mom told him her concern that maybe we had been overcharged, since it's more than usual. The employee was very nice and was also confused that it costed more than normal, so he passed the phone to the owner. The owner became belligerent and rudely asked, "Don't you ever shop at the grocery store?" and proceeded to lecture her about how prices had gone up and he had to increase the prices. We totally understand that, but just wanted to ask. When my mom started to say, "I didn't mean to offend you," he promptly hung up before she finished her sentence. We are very disappointed by this since we've been loyal patrons for so long and were sad to be treated in such a way.
On 39th and 9th it's a great stop to get either spaghetti Euro sandwiches such an amazing chef salad and other chicken skewers and top notch fill you up food! The grilled ham and cheese is exceptional as well. 3900 South and 9th East right behind Starbucks

Some of the most authentic tasting Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. It was an impromptu stop that definitely paid off! We tried a couple random items from the menu and enjoyed it so much we went to order a second round. The owner looked puzzled when we tried telling him we wanted even more food haha.
