Ample servings, yummy breakfast food and quick service. This was within a two block walk of our AirBnB across the street from Liberty Park. Would return if ever in the area again.
This place has amazing breakfast, so do yourself a favor and get up early because you’ll have a wait otherwise. I visited with a group of six and sat in their covered outdoor area. I had the Michigan Hash and also had a fresh pressed juice (wish I remembered the name) that was FANTASTIC. It had apples, turmeric, etc. Just delicious. Definitely a place the locals frequent.
First time visiting The Park Café and we were blown away by the customer service, the portion sizes, the taste, and the price. Everything was stellar. You can tell right off the bat that the ingredients they use are fresh. The blueberry and strawberry jam on every table are made in house. The portion sizes — oh my goodness! There’s no way you’d leave this place still hungry and the menu prices are all reasonable thanks to how much food they give you.The customer service was also amazing — all the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Our coffee cups were never empty thanks to them. The owner is also on the floor working just like everyone else, which is a huge plus to why this place is running so well. The only downside of this place is its size — the building is quite intimate and small, hence not many people are able to be seated inside at one time and the wait time for a table might be a tad bit long for some. The hours are also limited, they close around 3pm and are mainly targeting those that love their breakfast and lunch.Despite these limitations, they still deserve all 5 stars because the atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the customer service make up for it. This is the type of place where you can’t really go wrong with any menu choice, everything tastes delicious.
The staff is friendly, works extra hard, prices are good, food is delicious and plentiful. A+ Had the best corn beef hash ever. Love the outdoor patio. Definitely worth going out of the way if need be, but close to downtown
I had the pancake sandwich - just wow! Two fluffy delicious pancakes but in between you find two scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. YUMMY! Hubby had a Spanish omelette he enjoyed. Food portions are huge. We couldn't eat it all. Staff was great - in fact one gave us a local tip about visiting H Rock which was one of the highlights of the visit to SLC. It is really loud in there - don't plan on an intimate conversation, but bring your appetite.
sus food it looks like through up that stuff looking nasty whiting this so i can reach minumum words sus
My wife and I enjoyed the location and service, we felt attended to and our food came out in great time! We both ordered the Huevos Mexicanos with corn tortillas. The food itself was fine, but we were surprised that there was little seasoning to accompany the dish. It may have only been the day we were there (it was quite busy). We may go again because the other dishes we saw looked delicious.
Nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said about The Park? If you are on the hunt for a place that is an absolute breakfast and lunch institution, look no further. You can get a patty melt with a pancake on the side. Their service is great and quick, very friendly as well. But I love the food. The pancakes are nice and fluffy and the eggs are always cooked perfectly. Expect to wait depending on when you go. But I’m telling you it’s worth it!
10/10 delicious breakfast food! Something for people who love sweet and savory. We had the biscuits & gravy (b's and g's) and the huevos Mexicanos.Definitely want to try the pancakes and french toast next time!
Found this great home town and local flavor small restaurant and was so happy we did! Great pancakes and the very best hash browns I have ever had! A must for your breakfast!
