My overall grade for The Original Pancake House is: AIf you've been to other locations, you will be very happy to notice that the experience, menu and great service are all very similar. Their pancake recipe is very consistent and their bacon tastes exactly like other locations.Of course - this place is for breakfast lovers. If you're looking for salads or sandwiches, etc., you'll probably have to look elsewhere. But for those that have read some of my other reviews, you know I'm a breakfast at anytime of day kind of guy.Their orange juice is fresh-squeezed and delicious. Coffee is good.Their consistency is just top-notch and the quality of the food is great. Our server was especially great, except that I forget the name. We will be moving to Utah next year and will return in the future - great place for breakfast!

Popular lil nook, busy but not noisy still able to converse with ease. Closes at 2pm. No wait time on this occasion recently but had a lovely waiting area designated. Parking is limited as to other business's surrounding. The amount of food served is abundant and impressively large. No complaints for recent visit other than the chocolate chip pancakes were not understood to be chocolate pancakes with chocolate chips thought it was just chocolate chips added to buttermilk cakes. Too much chocolate and my child ended up eating my buttermilk cakes and I had to eat his chocolate cakes with chocolate chips. Drinks served are a medium sized cup. Size could be improved to a larger cup of serving and more syrup flavor options available.

Delicious biscuits and gravy but very undercooked hash browns. The waffle was a bit undercooked as well. I am very supportive of reducing plastic use but, on this particular trip, I didn’t have any utensils with me so an option to add utensils when placing a pick up order would have been appreciated. Ketchup would have been appreciated as well. I understand that this location is often very busy but treating each customer like you want them to come back not just get out the door should be a priority if you want return customers. I will come back again but hopefully will have a better experience or there is no reason to justify the long wait times with several other options close by.

Sunday afternoon, so brunch crowd was in. So it was understandable that service was slow to get around for refills and checking us out. But my two stars are solely based on the fact that through our short time there we saw multiple (big) dogs up on seats and on tables? Kind of weird? I'm a very big dog person but not inside a restaurant on tables and chairs.Food was average diner food. Nothing out of the ordinary. Good safe breakfast place.

The portions are very generous. The wait staff were timely and helpful. There was a positive vibe in the restaurant. The staff came around often enough you didn't have to hunt them down. Parking is a little tight. Great service, great food. Would definitely dine again.

Super disappointed, this used to be such a good place for breakfast. Nothing was cooked, the egg whites were still runny, the crispy hash browns were burnt on one side and raw on the other. It was like the cook was to lazy to flip or stir them. The pancakes had no flavor. The sausage in the pancake house favorite THE JOE, was not cooked and still cold. There was so much oil in the food, it made all the food taste like rancid oil. Their hot chocolate was the size of a small child's sippy cup for 3.99.we couldn't finish one food item we ordered, it tasted so bad. Go to Dee's just a block away, you will be way more satisfied.

Our first time and it was amazing. Well worth the money. The portions were huge which is great so you can take some home. Staff was great. This is our new favorite breakfast place when we are in town. I had the German pancakes and they were delicious.

There is no taste with the food. No harmony between potato and egg. Just try and decide yourself but if you are a breakfast lover go Park Cafe!

Best breakfast place in Utah that I have been. We love their waffles and bacon. Highly recommend it!

I had a pick up order this morning and I don’t know why my potatoes were on top of my Benedict and why I didn’t get any eggs with it?? It literally asked me my egg preference. Also my boyfriend’s Wasatch omelette didn’t have hash browns. We use to love this place but we won’t be returning.
