Food was great, the staff was friendly and accomidating, our sever was patient and friendly was of top of drinks and clearing our dishes. It was a good experience and me and my partner enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will come here again and recommend for friends and family.
The Old spaghetti factory is a delightful place with the wonderful salad and tasty food. It is nice to get the three-course meal with salad entree and ice cream plus bread.
Delicious comfy Italian food, the classic dishes but by far better than the other Italian chain.I recommend the spinach tortellini or lasagna. The crib ravioli was too fishy but some love this. Can't forget the Italian cheese bread and house ranch yum!!!
Food is fine and just like every other chain pasta place. so don't expect much. Besides the spumoni which is the best part. But service is terrible. They always make things a problem and forget things along the way. We had to ask for things they forgot. Also why not off curbside pickup?
Went to the old spaghetti factory in Taylorsville tonight for the first time. We went around 6/ 6:30ish. No wait. Food came out quickly and warm. Waiter checked on us several times. I got the green salad with ranch, I wish they would have put a little more ranch on the salad but not to a huge deal. My entrée was the Chicken Marsala it was soooo good. My fiancé started with the minstrone soup which I tasted and I thought it was yummy but he wasn’t a fan of it and his entree was a garlic pasta I can’t remember the name and he added sausage to it because it didn’t come with meat and he said he enjoyed his as well. Kids got apple sauce then spaghetti with meat sauce, I didn’t try it but it looked good. Ended the meal with ice cream, wasn’t a fan of the vanilla flavor, but of course the kids enjoyed it. Overall definitely recommend.
Surprisingly clean considering how many years this restaurant has been in business. Not even cobwebs on the cathedral height ceilings. Even the gardens around the building were maintained. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a table but it was worth it.All staff were friendly, the food was slightly overpriced considering the small portion received in the entree. But the meal does include salad or soup, bread and ice cream. They were all out of the commemorative keepsake glasses for the Italian cream sodas. Sodas which never disappoint. The brown butter noodles with mizithra cheese is still so delicious. A friend of mine is a cook there and he came out of the kitchen and said hello!
the chicken parm is great, and the aumbiance is great and great servers 5out of 5 for me
It was a great experience to see a kind of restaurant with a trolley inside , food is delicious , I love my raviolis but I was looking for a traditional Italian pesto pasta , they didn't have it I loved the ice cream . Friendly staff and good price for food .
I forgot how beautiful this establishment is. The food was amazing!
Every December my wife and I would go to the old spaghetti factory with her family. The last time we ate here was 2003. None of us could remember why we stopped going. We all decided it would be fun to revisit old traditions. We all went on Tuesday 02/15/2022 and the night started out great. The atmosphere is fun and we talked about what we remembered being tasty. After we ordered, we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out. Our waitress was great she kept checking on us and refilling our water. By the time our food came out, we were all super hungry. My brother in law who eats anything, said "wow l remember their portions being more generous and look they hardly put any sauce on my noodles." We were all in a mutual agreement, the portions were small, they were light on the sauce and the food was very plain. It was clear why we stopped going. Afterwards, we all agreed that it was fun reminiscing in old memories and we should leave Old Spaghetti Factory in the past where it belongs. On to new food adventures!!!
