Not as good as it used to be. The bread is dry and no flavor. Their ‘Caesar dressing’ had a heavy mustard taste. Fettuccini not good. Chicken Marsala didn’t taste fresh. For the price you pay, it falls short.
Nice Italian dining place. Really enjoy the spumoni ice cream. It's a nice touch.
10/10 simply perfect - the Sicilian garlic bread was excellent! The service is quick and attentive.We had a great time. I recommend this.
We had a reservation for 3:30 for 7 people. We got right in on time. The server was very sweet and attentive. And the food was wonderful. I tried fettuccine Alfredo and cheese and spinach ravioli... perfect! And I love the 3 course meal. Everything was just perfect all around. Thanks guys!
This is our birthday place. It's a beautiful restaurant and the food is reliably pretty good. The service has taken a nose-dive. Our waitress was a Saint! It's got to be draining right now. Trying to stay positive, but we waited so long for a table and they don't take reservations on the weekends. We waited so long for food. The bathroom was out of service. I was sad to see it in this state
Went out with some friends and there were 6 of us. I had the Gourmet crab ravioli and my partner had the chicken parmesan. Both were really good and I would recommend both. Overall great food and good service. Also something to note, it was a kid friendly environment without it feeling like a kid friendly environment which we enjoyed.
As a child, this was one of my favorite places, especially if we were lucky enough to sit in the trolley. I was so excited to take my daughter here on my birthday and share the OSF magic with her, and the experience didn't disappoint at all. The restaurant was busy on a Thursday night but not slammed, and we were seated in the trolley car right away. The service was perfectly attentive and we enjoyed lingering over our meal without feeling rushed. This is the perfect restaurant for a wild 4-year-old who is still learning restaurant manners. She was so enamored with the views from the trolley and devouring her meatballs and italian soda that the whole experience was relaxing. There's restaurants with technically better food, but for the ambiance, Old Spaghetti Factory always feels special to me.
I love the gluten-free options and so many sauce choices. I just wish they cooked the noodles a bit longer. I also wished they provided gluten-free bread. Then they would be perfect!
We went to this restaurant with my family. Everyone was happy with their food. I really love their pesto salad dressing. It was light and herbaceous. My entree was really good too. Our server was very polite and the front desk was very accommodating. The whole ambience was great! The price is very reasonable.
