Made arrangements for a Church Christmas Party. Total disaster. Purchased recommended sides and Ham. Completely ran out of sides and had tons of ham. Had to run to the grocery store to buy ready made sides which were late and folks left. Recommendations for sides were totally inadequate. Manager reached out and said he’d take care of us. Never called back. Love the Ham and Turkey but don’t order ever for large party.
Bacon is amazing . Really nice people working there ..soups are so good . The rum cake is wonderful I love it there ..
I have had many Honeybaked Hams over the years but this year was very disappointing. I paid over $90 for a 10 lb ham but only half of it was good. The other half was so fatty that I actually threw it away. About $45-50 totally wasted. The spiral ham from Costco with the glaze packet is less than half the price and just as good. I will never buy one from Honeybaked again. Quality has really gone down. (The two stars are for the very nice employees that work at this store. )

Ordered Christmas dinner here and the confirmation email said it would be ready by 3:30 and could be picked up within 24 guess but mentioned nothing about having to pick it up at that exact time OR that they'd be closing early. I showed up at 5, well before their closing time, to pick up the expensive Christmas dinner for my family and no one was there. There wasn't even a sign on the door saying they had closed early! So, my family didn't get to have the Christmas dinner we were counting on. At the very least, there should have been some sort of notice in the confirmation email that they had different hours that day. I'm so sad and frustrated to have had such a negative experience and better receive a full refund!

They have the best ham to get for special occasions. A little on the expenseive but worth it.

The food is incredible...theyhave all kinds of delicious cakes , treats, ans its all scrumptious....man i get so hungry when i go in there....they got a bunch of kids working there...its nice that the owner is looking out for others in the neighborhood...by givin jobs to kids i havnt met the owner buti kan tell he or she is old school...
