Was about my thirteenth time attending a gig here. Third level, right in the center is best for acoustics at this live music venue tucked inside The Gateway. Had some chicken strips that were good for bar food. $10 beers seem cheap now which is loco but that's just how things are apparently.

I had the best experience working with MRS MORRIS BERTHA, She started managing my account with my first deposit of $1000 and made over $12,000 in less than 2 weeks ! Thank you for making the process stress free! Highly recommend MRS MORRIS to anyone regarding their account managing needs! Contact her Email:[email protected] whatsApp number: +1 (626) 630-4098

Went to two shows back to back. Venue sold “fast pass” tickets to cut the line… 30 mins before ‘doors open’ employees walked down to the end of the line (to those who just arrived) and offered them a separate line that has early entry.. of course for 15$.Don’t bother waiting in line I suppose? This venue would prefer your 15$Employees are nice, besides an experience I had with a single employee. 3/5I will come back for the artists not the venue.I wish venues understood that the attendees are consumers of the artists and the venue..

I came here for Epik High concert. The event said it would start at 7PM but the security made everyone wait outside until 7PM while it was snowing - it was super freezing. At the gate, they made me put my light stick back in the car because it was too big (which I didn't have any problem at other concerts). They should have announced the size of the bag we can take inside the venue. The securities were very rude too.Even worse, the event didn't even start after 8PM. People were tired of waiting outside the cold for so long and then having to wait another hour standing. Epik High didn't show up until 8:47PM. This soloist named Kim Woo Sung (part of the band called the Rose) performed and he was good, but we were not aware that he was performing either. The view was good though. It was very packed and you had no space at all even to sit for a bit, but you could clearly see the artists faces and it was so close up. The view was as good as it was on the first floor as the second floor. I enjoyed the show, but it was sooooo tiring. If the venue started to check us in before 7PM and started at 7PM, the crowd would've been more energetic and would've enjoyed the show more. Depending on the artist, they sell merch right next to the crowd. Be ready to be standing for at least 4 hours (1 hour side waiting, 1 hour inside waiting, and 2 hours for the show) if you ever visit here. They serve beer and food if you ever get hungry.

We had a company venue at The Depot for our Christmas party. The room is beautiful and it’s nice to be downtown. Some of the negatives: the room is super echoey and it was not heated for us so it was freezing.

We always have a good time at The Depot! Seen several concerts there as well as held our company Christmas party there one year. Great staff and building.

I am a huge concert goer (we’re talking almost 50x) and I haven’t been impressed like this in a long time. I think the depot has such an original atmosphere that you can either party or chill in. I love the acoustics and the risen stage. Only thing I would change is move the merch table outta the way!

They charge money to literally sit anywhere in the venue. I understand charging for the 2nd floor seats that overlook the stage as these definitely seem like premium seating. But charging to sit down on the first floor which are garbage seats with a terrible view is an absolute joke. They obviously don't care about people with disabilities who can't stand up for 2+ hours. I got news for you guys your venue isn't nearly good enough to treat every seat in the house like it's prime real estate.

Consistently lies about door time. Changing it up to two hours AFTER what they've posted on tickets. Incredibly rude staff. You better not lean on anything or try to sit on the floor unless you want to get harassed. Or you can pay 100$+ for a seat. Disgusting behavior. They seem to take pride in their cruelty. Selling "fast passes" just to continue emptying your wallet as if Live Nation (who their tickets are through, presumably who owns them) doesn't already charge 10-20$ EXTRA per ticket than surrounding states. Then selling those fast passes to people only at the end of the line instead of folks who've been waiting hours in the freezing temperatures. They don't tell you about this ahead of time either. Disgusting bathrooms. They also seem to have remodeled and now the bathrooms are on the third floor.... not even where the main stage is. Even though the majority of patrons are on the main floor. We obviously see who you value (hint hint those with money) Of course you aren't allowed to bring water ! Not even empty bottles. They've got a great reason for this! So they can continue price gouge you. Selling fancy water in cans for 5$/can. Retail price they're 1.50$/can.... and because they're a business I'm sure they get it cheaper than that. Redbull was friggin cheaper than water. I was horrified. Unless you like getting scammed out of your money and treated poorly don't go here :))) ?
