Went to a Valley concert back in March. The process of getting in was relatively quick and easy. I do wonder though how they're able to keep this venue running and organized, considering there seemed to be no workers inside of the venue? Personally I prefer more intimate venues and you don't really get that here (understandably so cuz of the size), but nonetheless it's still a solid venue. If an artist I wanted to see was performing here, I'd come back

Good cozy venue where you can feel like you are part of the show. It is a standing, general admission, concrete floor, converted warehouse venue. You can feel the energy of the performers, see the stage and enjoy a great show with others.Parking is some what of a challenge so be prepared to come early or walk a long ways. Wear shoes that you can stand in for hours. The crowds have always been considerate of others at the shows that I have been to.

I had a good experience there, it was rlly fun and I thought it was pretty nice. They had a pretty good lay out there weren't rlly any problems, the security and medical people were there and helped imidiantly and it was an overall nice concert experience there

I loved the staff and the show my only complaint was the lack of seating, I had worked a 10 hour shift before the concert

We saw Andy Grammer here and it was amazing!! He as a performer was amazing but it was really unfortunate how much we lacked service inside of this venue. We could not get one text to send!!! It was bad. I also hoped the stage would have been bigger to accommodate the large space in which the crowd was standing in. Overall the acoustics were really great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Have been to 2 concerts in this venue since the pandemic. They do well to make sure they follow guidelines and suggest wearing ppe. The sound in the building is great. Can get a little to loud but some cheap ear plugs help to level it out.

Definitely glad I got there before opener band. Definitely gets packed fast. No pocket/ hydro bags, but they let me in with a drawstring bag no problem. Wasn't early enough for front parking but parked at a $10 spot right around the corner. Sound and bass quality was great and rail wasn't too far from the stage. Overall great experience

Been to over a dozen shows here. Sound quality is great and the line situation is efficient, just wish they’d be a little more thorough with the COVID-19 precautions. If you’re under 21 and planning on waiting in line for more than a couple hours, just be aware that the closest bathroom is a few blocks away at Gateway. Otherwise there’s a bar down the street that you can probably hit.

I have been to quite a few concerts here. I love coming to concerts here because it is an easy to get to venue and cost efficient tickets. This weekend I saw Neck Deep. I have seen Taking Back Sunday, He Is We, Secondhand Serenade, Bastille, Matt Kearney, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and a few other hands at The Complex! Great open venue! Amazing view of the performers! Awesome lights! Friendly and efficient staff!Something to know there are two venues within The Complex. There was a line outside The Complex when I showed up around 5:45 when doors opened at 5 pm for Neck Deep. Turns out the line was for another concert. That is helpful to know if you do not want to wait in unnecessary lines. The staff was great and would walk up and down to let people know.I love concerts here! I will definitely be coming back to see more shows!

excellent sound quality, without it being too loud. there was no echo, and we were at the very front and at the back. saw black veil brides and in this moment there almost a month ago, and it was an amazing experience! i hope to go to the complex again for more shows.
