Came here a couple days ago. Food was good. Finished and went pee, and found a dying cockroach on the bathroom floor. I find it hard to believe that this is the only one, and they're relegated to the bathroom. I feel absolutely revolted at having eaten here. I have a video of it too btw. Also one of the other reviews said napkins smell of raid... Now I'm thinking I probably got mildy poisoned along with the roaches.
Amazing chicken! The breading was light, fluffy, and crispy, not very greasy at all. The fries are lightly breaded and seasoned just perfect too! The employees were super, I made my order and it came out in less than 5 minutes. They were really kind too! The atmosphere was fun with the best 80s music playing. The only thing that made me balk was the price, I spent $25 on just myself!
First time here, great place. I spent around $11 for this meal. High recommended, fantastic customer service. Parking lot in front of the store.Thank you
Came here on a Friday night because co-workers raved about it. Signed up for the club when I placed the order in the store on the kiosk. Been a long time eater at Mr. Charlie's Chicken and hoped for a closer place to get good Chicken fingers. Came with my son and ate in the at the restaurant and got take out fingers home for my wife at the same time. I was not impressed with Chicken Shack Chicken fingers as they were tough and rubbery even though they were fried. Wife and son said the same. Might try it again in a few months with hopes I got a bad batch of fingers, but just wasn't impressed with what I got on my first visit. I will update this review if I go back.Fries were good, staff was friendly. Clean store.
INCREDIBLE food quality & super kind staff. The chicken fingers are HUGE (couldn’t finish 5) and the preparation of them was amazing (moist, flakey, not greasy)! Tastes FAR exceeds Cane’s, C-f-A, or Popeye’s. Meier’s Chicken in Holladay will NEVER see me again! Ginormous dipping sauce (and fry sauce too) menu; the Spicy Bleu Cheese and Honey Habanero were delicious! HIGHLY recommended!!
Delicious chicken and about a thousand dipping sauces to choose from. I got three fingers and three wings meal... So much food I could only eat half, had the other half for dinner. So good.
Do you want excellent chicken shack? Do you want a ton of great sauces? Then look no further. Also, the buffalo chicken fries are amazing.
These guys are so welcoming and so sweet. I came in on a hunt for grilled chicken and because of price ordered just the sandwich. The employees gave me the whole meal they were amazing and had great customer service.
Amazing place! The food comes out hot, and full of flavor. The workers are very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Definitely recommend!
Not a bad place for a quick bite. The chicken was good quality, similar to what you get at Chick-Fil-A, (in my opinion). Using their easy "self check out" kiosk, you can order pretty much any style of wings/boneless wings and have the option of having different sauces on the chicken or on the side. If you're a sauce guy, the size of the sauces are more than the average chicken place. The fries are thin and crispy. We went on a Thursday during lunch and the place wasn't too packed. They have plenty of combo meals that can help you speed through the self-kiosk process.
