Went around 2:45PM on Monday and was seated after 20 min or so. The reason why I'm giving a 2 star is because one of the waiter made an offensive comment to us and never apologized. I don't remember his name but he had glasses on and looked Latino. The order took about 50 min to come out... so if you're busy, I dont recommend going. The food was fine, I really liked the yellow sauce that came with fish and chips. The bread was fine but it was hard. We had cleared up 2 baskets because the food came out super late and so we didn't get to finish our meal. I was disappointed at the pasta because the noodles were very sticky and it felt like chewing on a rice cake. The burger was just a meh. It was good but as good as any fast food burgers. The Brussel sprouts were good. I think it's funny because my favorite thing was fish and chips and the yellow sauce over other menu.
Cheesecake factory was quite impressive at this location in Salt Lake City. If you’re looking for a good restaurant or a good place to eat downtown Salt Lake, you should consider this place. It’s a little nicer than you think it is and it’s actually very large. There is rarely a wait as there are a vast amount of seats available. Beyond regular booths and tables, they offer private dining rooms or even a bar if you prefer a stiff drink or 2. The selection of different types of food that you can get is quite impressive. I had the Baja fish tacos most lately and was quite impressed. Give it a shot. You’ll love it.
Had a bit of a rough go getting food out to us. Pretzel bite appetizer was lost and delayed the rest of our meal.Luckily, Whitney took good care of us!!Pro Tip: Order the Crispy Chicken Costoletta and get a extra side of the lemon sauce
If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and 3 of my friends came in from out of town and sat in the bar area in the corner on Friday May 13th. We started our experience with dirty silverware . Our server was absolutely horrible. She actually walked away from our table several times in mid sentence saying that she was busy and didn't have time for us to complete our order. Our server was short in height with dark hair. I believe she said her name was Ashley. Because of her horrible service we decided not to order anything else. We actually went across the street to Brio to order cheesecake instead. It was the absolute worse service and dining experience that we ever had. She really didn't deserve a tip but we tipped anyway. I have been to many Cheesecake factories country wide and have never left with that amount of dissatisfaction. Extremely disappointed.
This is a review based on one item and it was takeout! The pineapple Upside-down Cheesecake! The brief encounter with staff was pleasant and with a smile. The CAKE!yea the PAUDCC is a smaller (circumference) than the other options, so note that your take-home slice will automatically be smaller. This I knew.. but why CROWD my little container with so much of the frothy white stuff! No, there's no need to crowd the container with that stuff - does anyone eat that? Unless.. its for if I dined in, stuffed myself foolish.. then it would be used as a lubricant to get my plump body into the doorway of my home? The cake itself was TOO SWEET.. like eating pure sugar with a sweet glaze. I'm a fan of CF, their food and for the most part - their cheesecake. Not this time. I had 3 spoonful (why a plastic spoon and not a fork?) and the rest remained in the hotel's rubbish bin after I checked out.Yes I will be back, but never the PAUD Cheesecake again.
We had a GREAT server who was on top of everything and it made the experience better. The food was good though. Got the steak tacos and it did not disappoint. Happy with the Service here
The experience wasn't the best. Our waiter was attentive, but the negative aspect was that 3 of the 4 items i requested on the menu were "not available" very confusing as i have rarely had that happen at restaurants. The cheesecake was sensational as usual! My spouse got the Beet salad with arugula... muy delicious!!This restaurant will continue to be our go to for dinner and our favorite dessert.
We visited 3/4/2022 at 12:00 pm. The host was not friendly and acted as if we were a bother. The wait was over 45 minutes, and when I ask how much longer it would be the host said, I would get a text and never answered my question. We then waited at the table for 15 minutes before our waiter came to the table. It took another 50 minutes to get our food and we did not get the fries until our sandwiches were eaten. We all ordered water to drink, and was never asked if we would like a refill. I would have expected a better experience for a 75.00 dollar lunch for three adults and one child.
Cucumber lemonade is great. Tamales cakes delicious. Salad crisp with cheese croutons. Main dish was steak and mashed potatoes but it had sat to long and was not very hot.
I’m a pretty big Cheesecake Factory fan! There’s something for everyone, most everything is good, fun appetizers, and I love cheesecake. My favorite meal BY FAR is their chicken Madeira. They also offer with with their steak diane. It was very good. But it is a LOT of food. My favorite appetizer are their buffalo blasts. A lot of their cheesecakes are too much. I prefer to stick to the more basic options.
