great experience loved the place great music lovely people and lasts for ever

The best late night BYO party venue since the Sphere. SLC is fortunate to have this space. Beautiful, quirky art around the place. Bathrooms awkwardly around the corner.

UPDATE: The owners handled the situation quickly and vigilantly. I was told the vendor no longer works for their company and they profusely apologized for her actions. So I will be changing my review.

So thrilled to have a new club in SLC. Such an amazing place!!! I've now been five times and had a great experience every time. First... delicious AND friendly staff. Be warned though...Drinks are more expensive here than other places but their website explains why. Love when I go the bartenders are always kind and upbeat. Love that they offer a free coat check. Music is never a disappointment.I hope in the future they offer the option to purchase booths for the night with a drink server to take drink orders. Sometimes it's tricky with all the free tables and if your drinks get taken when you go to the bathroom the table looks vacant and you lose your table. If you haven't been. Go. You'll love it.

The DJ was absolutely horrible. He played the same beat for over an hour. I seriously can’t get over how horrible this experience was. The fact that I paid $25 dollars for a “night club” that has a inexperienced DJ is laughable. I wish I was kidding at the fact that nobody was even dancing and that people were yelling at him to change the music. This place is a joke. DEEPAK SHARMA OS HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME THE IF HE IS HERE.

Incredible venue, sound system quality is top notch, highly recommend this place

This place is effed. not safe environment for anyone, also they charged me 40 dollars and i was there for maybe 10 minutes. security is no where to be found, very bad vibes here

Loved the music and the vibe

Coming from nyc (sorry, I know how that sounds), I wanted to love this place so badly but there needs to be some improvements. First the sound system…if I can hear the crowd talking over the music, it’s not loud enough. Get stronger speakers or add some to the back of the venue. The bass sounded a bit blown out and thin. Second, there needs to be another room for either a second dj or just a bar area where people can chat. That alone might save the vibe. The only options right now are dance floor, couches, or outside smoking. The night I went (horse meat disco), people were standing around the dance floor chatting and drinking. Like, excuse me, these are legendary DJs. If you’re in front of the turntables, you better be moving - no excuses! Anyway - I’m really glad this place exists and will be coming back, but slc deserves a GREAT underground venue and the Block could be that with a few upgrades.
