Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt
(801) 708-7005

My first time in the store and it was a horrible experience. The female worker which aka is the manager. Was just standing around playing on her phone with AirPods in her ear. She didn’t even Acknowledge I was there. I patiently waited about 10 minutes before she even came over to ask if I needed anything. She was the only employee in the store. She was very rude, dismissive, and ignorant. For being a manager she should know how to handle her customers better. As we are the ones keeping her in a job. As I was leaving a gentleman was going in for a order. She was very ignorant to this other customer as well. I will never give them my business ever again.

The best frozen yogurt a d topping, my family loves this place and it's clean.

This place feels a lot like Yogurtland, but they have less flavors and it tastes mediocre. The topping section is neat. When I tried to get different flavors, it would drip for a second making the yogurt melt faster. Not a bad place to get some frozen yogurt, but Yogurtland has better taste.

Terribly inconvenient! I understand this is the only location in the state so some inconvenience was expected, but everything about my encounter was ridiculous. I called to order a fro-yo cake for a birthday and the lady of the phone at first told me they didn’t do cakes. Once I got her to understand what I wanted she asked me what toppings I wanted and I asked her what they had as they are not listed online. She told me there was too many to list and to order on DoorDash. I was able to reference a better, fuller menu on DoorDash, however I have an issue with the higher prices on DoorDash, as well as paying more for taxes, fees, delivery fees and tip. So I chose not to order, but use the menu for guidance on specifics on what I wanted. I called back the next day to submit my order. I told her (same lady) specifically what I wanted and she kept pushing that I get cake batter, which I was not at all interested in. Finally got the order hammered out with her and I asked if they offered curbside delivery as it says they do on the website. She said they did. She told me I couldn’t pay until pick up because they needed to weigh the cake for price after it was made. No big deal. I drove 20+minutes the following day to pick up the cake and when she answered again I told her I was there to pick up the cake and she told me ordering over the phone was not an option and that I had to go into the store or do DoorDash. I wasted so much time over several days to be told I couldn’t get what I thought I had successfully ordered. Train your employees better so they actually know protocols, and make your establishment better. Phone/online orders are HUGE and you don’t accept them. What a mess!

I believe the only TCBY left in Utah. Always a good choice of flavors.

It’s good, but routinely close earlier. And horrible customer service when open. Don’t waste your time if it’s an hour and a half or so before close.

Prices are outrageous! There was only one employee and she was engaged in a phone conversation the entire time we were there. She was speaking Spanish barely pausing long enough to give us our total then back to her conversation. She offered no help as we (being first timers) looked around bewildered as we figured out how this worked. There are no prices listed anywhere and they only had large and extra large bowls out. There was no way for us to know they offered more of a variety and the cashier couldn't be bothered to help answer any questions or offer any kind of info or suggestion. After spending almost $19.00 on 2 frozen yogurt we sat inside the lobby and ate our very expensive treat to the sounds of a very loud phone conversation all in Spanish. It may have been somewhat entertaining had I been able to understand her. Very unprofessional and rude!!

I wish I would have known about the hour change and that you are not open until 11. Fix it.

Not covid safe, but it's definitely delicious and has great pricing! Also in a great location and nice layout of the place.
