I saw the Mexican pizza was back on the menu, I'd never had one so was excited to try it. I opened the box and was greeted by this monstrosity. It tasted as bad as it looked. Aside from the pizza being terrible, I ordered two other items and both of them ended up being the wrong thing. The drive thru was also really slow, taking me 15 minutes to get my order.
Was scammed by this establishment, shady management! Do NOT go here! Expect to be ignored and treated terribly by staff.Had ordered some food on the app to pick up, when I arrived there they said my food was not ready yet even though i was notified it was ready before I even left my home. I sat down and waited patiently for my food to be ready. 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes pass, 15 minutes pass... I go up to the counter and politely ask what is taking so long. They ask for my name and go to check on my order, and say it will be ready soon. I sat back down hoping it would be soon.Another 5 minutes pass, then 10 minutes, and at this point I am very confused and a bit frustrated. I go up to the counter and tell them I need my food. The employee asks which order was mine (even though i had told them multiple times before already) and I notify them of my name and everything I ordered. They go away from the counter for a moment and talk to their supervisor, to which they come back to me and say they did not ever receive an order under my name.I instantly pulled out my phone and showed them my receipts from the app and in my email, confirmed it was ordered at the correct address and it was, even showed them the transaction on my bank statement, and they said there was nothing they could do as they did never receive said order.Excuse me, you literally had just told me multiple times before that you DID have my order and were working on it. I am absolutely disgusted with this place and will never be going here ever again.

Very disappointed. Speed of service sucked. Food was made sloppy and missing multiple items. Staff was rude. Management is a joke.
Cant seem to follow directions here! I have ordered the same thing for days just for them to screw up! They need help
If there was an option for no stars this Taco Bell would get it! Always misses items. And I went through the drive through the messed up my order. When I went to go back through an employee had put a cone in the entrance. All I wanted was my food or a refund, some guy started yelling at me and my wife for moving the cone and fought us over our request. Also refused to give us the store owner or managers number. Employees were trying to close before hours of operation. Little say no more this Taco Bell!
It was fresh and pretty quick. The chips though we're really bad and stale. Only reason its 4 star instead of 5. Wish I got cinna twists instead. Will ask for that next time
After waiting fifteen mins for my food, I asked if my order was being made, they said it was being made "right now". After watching two more orders go out, I asked for my food or a refund including my coupon (which I received because of a previous visits mistake). The manger Tyler said to me "I don't like the way your coming at me. I can ask you to never come back!" ? I asked again for my food or a refund. He said he would give me a refund but I would not get my coupon back as they had thrown it away. Huh!?! I told him that coupon was given to me for previous mistake made it the same store. When I asked him what his name was, manager Tyler asked me what was my name and when I told him my first name he then asked me for my last name. Why would he need my last name? I'm flabbergasted! He did not care, he did not make any effort to get me my order nor my refund and disappeared in the back. The cooks got me my food after 20 minutes. I'm still in shock that I was asked to not come back because I wanted my order or my refund. Y'all don't go to the midvale Taco Bell and definitely don't ask Tyler for any service!

Found a disgusting giant slimy black glob that wasn't supposed to be in my melt and I'm pretty sure it was either extremely rotten or not even food. Immediately began vomiting and had to throw the whole thing away. I have had a terrible experience every single time I have eaten from this location. ZERO quality control.
