Drinks are pretty good most of the time but recently the wait has taken far to long and today I go and wait in this line for this old lady (Karen) try and cut in front of me, the car in front of me and the car behind me and and then proceeded to try and hit my car so I end up leaving after being yelled at. Probably would be a good idea to put the two lines back or have someone out there
I frequently drive 6.5 miles out of my way to go to this location because there aren’t any other ones around me. It’s frequently a waste of time. Out of three trips out to visit them usually 2/3 of the time my drink is wrong. If the cup says no ice, they load it up with ice, if I want it sugarfree they will squirt all types of sugary syrups in there and if I say I want sparkling water I’ll always end up with flat. I often find myself going to the competitor up the road, and handing them my full swig cups for drinks that I can ensure will be correct.
I never heard of a dirty soda until I went to Swig. The concept was so cool to me, but I couldn't bring myself to drink a sugar-loaded soda, knowing I would feel guilt after; luckily, they have guilt-free options for people like me. Glad I got to experience Swig before I left Utah.Things you should know:I. LOCATIONAll those cars you see lined outside of JOANN's aren't there for some hip fabrics, they're in line for Swig, but don't worry the staff has their flow down to a tee and are efficient in getting people their beverages.II. SERVICEQuick & efficientIII. QUALITYWith quite the variety of options, it's hard to complain about quality. It's a fast-food type of place ~ it's what you would expect.IV. CAPACITYFor a midday on a Friday, there was a line wrapped around. But they're quick so it's no big deal, right?
I think this place must have gotten a new manager, and it shows! Drinks are faster, employees are more knowledgeable and it's an overall better experience.

Really fun concoctions! I was sooo hesitant about the creamer in soda - but it was so good!!! I got dr. pepper with toasted marshmallow and half & half.
I’m usually not disappointed, but the last three times I’ve ordered from this location I have asked for popping boba, been charged for popping boba, but have not received a single boba. It’s starting to get really old, probably won’t be coming back.
Really disappointing that they have a window for walk-up orders, but are drive through only. In a world where we should be more conscious of our carbon footprint, it would be nice if I didn't need to join the crazy line of idling cars just to get a soda.
LOVE this place. I always get my favorite mixed drink! Wendy’s Special - ½ Diet Coke ½ Sprite Zero, a shot of cherry, and light ice. You should try it sometime!!!!!
Placed my order ahead and it said it'd be ready at 3:55. I arrived around 4, notified the app I was hear and than began waiting and watched as people on line who arrived after me were getting their drinks first. Around 20 minutes later I finally got my drinks. Soda was good, but the delay in service was not.
