We've been twice (to 2 different locations) in the past 5 days and both times,, at both locations, AFTER we've paid, AFTER we've waited in line and gotten to the window, they've told us they are out of what we ordered (Dr. Pepper...) Such a pain. Tell us before we've paid that you don't actually have what we order.
I wish the prices on the revivers wasn’t so expensive compared to all other drinks. Also, when you get stuck in a line, it can take aaaaages. With only a few snack options, you’d think it would be a bit faster. I don’t blame the staff at all, it seems that way at every location and at the competitors too for the most part, just something about the system. That being said, the staff are all so sweet. They all seem genuine, polite, and helpful. It’s always a pleasure stopping by Swig. I’ve had my whole day turned around from the kindness the staff have shown me before!
If you like a watered down soda, with a (for lack of a better word) booger chunk of flavor syrup in the bottom of your cup- then this is the place for you! Have to say it, team Fiz now. Got two drinks and both came with a blob of flavor syrup in the bottom of the cup, that didn’t really ever mix in fully or flavor anything at all. Purée doesn’t equal flavor syrup…
What a refreshing place, not only the drinks are delicious, but the kids there are Super Cool and with Excellent Customer Service!!Friendly, fast service, this Swig in Murray Rocks!!I love my Jolly Elf with extra pearls, my hubby loves his Rocket and beach babe and my son Nutty and nice. This place and employees are all that, and a bag of chips! keep up the excellent job. :)
Great location. Although when we last ordered, we requested pearls, and while it was on the order sticker on the cup, there were no pearls. Please ensure an order is complete before expediting. Thank you!
Honestly, I LOVE Swig and I love getting it multiple times a week. Absolutely no complaints about their workers or their menu, the quality is definite there. HOWEVER, I went today with my mother who is a diabetic. I asked for 2 founder drinks, one with diet/sugar-free for my mother, and one with regular soda for myself. I was insistent that one would be sugar free, while the other would be regular. When given the drinks, they assured me that X soda was diet, while Y soda was regular. My mother started drinking her soda and noticed something tasted off. She started to feel sick shortly after. We checked the labels at the bottom (which we didn't know were there before, i'll admit) and noticed that the worker handed us the wrong drinks. Although yes, we should have made sure with the label from the beginning, I had asked the worker multiple times is X soda was diet and Y soda was regular, so we figured we were safe since she kept reiterating. I'm disappointed on their behalf, truly. I'll still keep going, but I'm going to bring sugar free testing strips to ensure that they no longer give me the wrong drinks.
Employees, original products and prices are great! The need to become a mall food court has killed it unfortunately. 20+ minute wait because they added food and can’t manage to keep the BS pretzels & dipping “cheese” stocked. This is a soda shop, not a food court. Need to get back in your lane and stick to what you do best. Going to start trying the other places now. The ones that only make drinks and get you out in 3-5 mins or less. What’s next ? Sushi? Phone cases? Bbq ribs? May as well open a pasta take out as well. Add a hot topic too!
Can I just say that I had one of my best customer service experiences at the Murray Swig location around 4 pm on 3-9-22. The Swig team was amazing, super professional and amazingly friendly. Everyone go and get a treat!
I go to work about 8:45 in the morning and online they say they're open but they always have a sign blocking the drive through on the days i want to go, so i can't get into the drive through. It's really frustrating that they just decide when they want to open.
It was quite a novel experience for us non Utahns to drink sodas from a soda shop. I didn't particularly like or dislike the Texas Tab but it was very cheap compared to coffee and tea based drinks. I can see the appeal.
