The atmosphere was vintage chic. The employee who helped us was enthusiastic and provided top-notch customer service. The gelato was delicious- we all liked the flavors we chose.
We got two cups with coconut, cookies and cream, strawberry, and pineapple. So delicious and refreshing! The workers are also super friendly and let you try samples, as there is a lot to choose from, and explain the origins of the gelatos, some coming from as far away as Italy itself. Great spot!
Wow, just wow. We thought we couldn't find better gelato than Dolcetti Gelato on 9th and 9th but this place definitely changed our minds! It's hard to find gelato places with dairy free options that aren't just sorbets, but Sweetaly has several! The girls working here were so sweet and seemed knowledgeable about the products, which was really refreshing. The shop is in a super cute part of Holladay tucked away in a neighborhood, which is my favorite kind of place! The gelato was so delicious I wanted to go back and get more, I got the dark chocolate. We will definitely be returning!!
I absolutely love this place! Such great flavors of Gelato that change so you can always try something new! I love visiting Salt Lake City cause we always try to visit a sweetaly location. Can't wait to come back!

Went here because a friend said it was as good as Giolitti's in Rome! Spoiler alert: it wasn't, but it was still really great gelato. The place was clean with lots of seating and cute decor.Giving it 4 stars not because of the gelato, but because of the service. The two young women working there weren't happy or smiling at anyone. I asked for a Medio size, which is three flavors, expecting to get the same amount of each flavor in my cup. They put all of one flavor at the bottom with a scoop on top, then two small scoops of the other two flavors. Would go again, but wouldn't spend my money on a bigger size.
Really cool little spot with a great variety. Had the mascarpone and dark chocolate- delicious! Wife had mascarpone and mango. That was super good too. The place had quite a line of people waiting to get some but service is fast and staff was friendly. Everyone we overheard in line raved about the place too- we agree. Prices are reasonable- thought it would be more expensive than it was. Lots to try so we will be back soon!
The place is pretty clean and well located,I thought would be more expensive but it's affordable.Flavors are delicious,friendly staff who offered us samples before our decision.We tasted passion fruit,coconut,pistachio and mascarpone and it were so good,sweet,healthy and well balanced.We'll be back
The gelato is amazing here!!! Got a pint to go with 3 flavors and each one is absolutely delicious. Even got a sample of another flavor before leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!
Wonderful Gelato with a lot of variety. Down side is only 1 taste test per person.
