Food and service were really good. I was not a big fan of the ambiance, tables were a bit close to each other and the music was a bit too loud for my taste. We ordered a number of different sushi rolls and we really liked all of them. We had a mix for both Vegi rolls and regular rolls. The standout rolls in my opinion were the Fiery Furnace and Hawaiian Heater. I also enjoyed the miso soup which was simple but good.
Nice atmosphere and decent prices, but the sushi was low quality and the service was very slow.The salmon used in rolls had dark fat on the edges, and as a result had a very fishy taste. I haven't seen salmon fat on rolls like this elsewhere.The beef teriyaki was dry but had good flavor.Overall, not competitive with other sushi in the area.
This is my go-to when I want Sushi. The staff is great. Every time I go, they are helpful, friendly and provide great and fast service. Great place for dine in or take out, the sushi doesn't disappoint nor do the pot stickers or seaweed salad.
Went to lunch with a friend here&we both had a really good time! Great food for a reasonable price&a lot of it. Awesome staff. They were very friendly&helpful with any questions we had. A really good vibe with good music & good food!! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!! Special shout out to Adrian who explained the vegan options to my vegan friend! Very cool my friend!!
Poor service. Servers are short and want to rush you through your order. I did not feel welcomed here. The rolls kept falling apart because they are not rolled right. Fish is mushy and dis not look very fresh. I will never come here again. The reason we came here in the first place is because Kobe Sushi was closes between 3 and 5 and we were starving and craving sushi. Tough luck I guess.
I usually love Sushi Groove, but we had a terrible experience tonight. We sat down at 7:45 PM and didn’t receive our sushi until after 9PM. That doesn’t count for the appetizers and bowls we ordered and received well after and it arrived cold.
This is the place.I do too listen to my music loud but sometimes when you're speaking to your date and you can't hear them or they can't hear you can be kind of annoying. But the fish delicious go here to eat sushi!
Fantastic sushi! All of it was great quality! And the service was great too! My husband and I have been to a few sushi bars and this one had some of the best sushi we have ever had. The only issue is the mango seemed to be not quite ripe enough yet but it’s still worthy of 5 stars.
Can't believe it took so long for me to go! Great mix between traditional rolls and outstanding culinary creativity in their own rolls! I have the privilege of being in the airline industry so I rarely eat sushi inland (or even outside of Japan, not a flex). Was blown away by the flavor, quality AND PRICE! Fair price. Quality menu. Casual and inviting atmosphere.
This place was mentioned to me by my daughter. It is awesome little place. I've never seen such raw talent with the fish. The food was exceeding my expectations with every bite. I'll definitely will visit again..
