I come here after work every once in a while and it always good service. As someone who works in customer service it can be hard to recognize others skills in this feild but i went in tonight around 10 and a guy named robert? I believe was his name, helped us he was incredibly kind and good at his job. After a long night of work im pretty checked out but him being so friendly really did pick my mood back up! Thank you guys for being there after a long day!

I’ve ordered in this location three times. Two of those three times, I was overcharged. The first time, I was overcharged over two dollars on one sandwich. The second time - today - I ordered the sub of the day and was charged regular price where it was supposed to be $3.99. When I brought it up to the cashier, she did not tell me what she was doing, rather she said she had already issued a refund for the transaction and it would go back into my account in three days and she wanted me to pay again. I told her the money had not returned to my account and I did not have enough money to pay for it again. I waited while she called her manager on the phone and asked what to do. Once off the phone, she wanted me to pay with another card. I told her I did not have one. At that point, she wanted me to leave the sandwich. I told her, as far as I was concerned, I already paid, and overpaid at that! I told her to keep the extra money, it wasn’t worth my time and that I was leaving. She followed me to the door and, as I was leaving, I actually saw her taking a picture of my vehicle from the front door as though I was stealing. And all of this she did in front of customers in the store. If the manager with whom she was speaking reads this review, I would like to be contacted to discuss this. The error was on the part of the employee, twice. And most recently, the employee acted as though I was stealing the sandwich. Ridiculous. I don’t recommend this Subway simply because two out of three interactions I’ve had here have been fails. I won’t be going back.

Ordered trough app and store employee said they don’t have the order and couldn’t cancel the order on my app, ultrageousGot back on app to reorder, and app says order will be ready ASAP (6 hours and 30 minutes) there’s no one inside the store at 12:30 am, and employee refuses to make my sandwich… oh my god!

It's Subway. My favorite is roast beef, Swiss, green peppers and olives then toasted. Then spinach, tomatoes. Mayo, mustard, salt and pepper Oh yeah, don't forget some Jalapeños.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. I placed an online order for 4 subs. My coworker went to pick them up, but they only had two subs to give him. They said the other two were already picked up by someone. Then they said DoorDash picked them up. All 4 of my receipts and email confirmations say, "In-Store Pickup Instructions - Picking Up from 3300 S State St." They remade the subs, but I only after my coworker returned did I find out they made him pay again. Then, when I called to ask who to contact for a refund, the girl on the phone said something unintelligible and just hung up on me. I called back repeatedly, but the phone just rang and rang, with nobody ever picking up.FOLLOW UP: called back and spoke with a male. He listened and was pleasant. He said he would give my contact information to the owner to call me back. I still haven't received a call back, which I doubt I'll get.

I order this from door dash often. Best advice: never get the avocado from this location is tastes bad and is always brown. They do no change out the avocado and never cook the bacon correctly. Avoid both toppings.As a former manager of 5 subway restaurants I am appalled at my last experience with ordering (I quit after many years and went to medical school)Usually they are really good, but this last time idk what they were thinking. My cheese was cold and hard and not melted on the sandwich. They put the cheese on afterwards?? This was not a mistake it was intentional because every sandwich that was ordered after had the same problem. Cold cheese makes the meat cold fast and the whole thing doesn't taste right. I asked for pepper jack and got provolone. I also asked for mayonnaise and got yucky ranch dressing. If you hired someone new they need some serious training because the whole sandwich is messed up. After one bite I got a pile of pepper in mouth it's like they dumped the whole shaker on my sandwich. The new hire needs training ASAP

This store is something else. They hire people that don't read or write English and because of this they do not know how to fallow simple instructions. And that makes it hard on everyone/ anyone to get what they pay for.

I love that they are open 24 hours and always have my meatballs.

everything was except the Peper Jack it is to hot it don't taste Like Chesse at all.... they need to Upgrade the Brand?
