Super meaty tacos and plenty of toppings and salsa! The chicken and asada were delicious. Everything I had here was good and everything I saw ordered by other people was mouthwatering! Give this place a try for sure!
Great street tacos. Smothered burrito is awesome. Tamales were very authentic.
Is the restaurant a little tacky looking? Yes. However, the more important question is always, is the food good? YES! I always make a point of stopping at Street Tacos if I'm in the area. It's never a place I'd take someone I'm trying to impress, but it is a place I'd take someone who is genuinely looking for some meaty tacos. All the meat is cooked to perfection, and their selection is top-tier among local taco places.
Saddest part about moving to SLC (from WA state) was the lack of quality street tacos. The trucks around here are so hit and miss, but boy am I glad I found this place by dashing around town. The staff is friendly when I pick up doordash orders. And they were just as sweet when I went in for myself. Husband and I have found our taco place! ? I recommend this place over any truck in the Salt Lake area. Mmm mmm mmmm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Oh my GOOOOSHHH!!!! So freaking good!!!! Finishing my last bite as I type now! So glad I stopped in! I don’t remember the names of the tacos but it was the brisket w lime & roasted poblano taco! WOW! I’m used to having 2 tortilla’s per street Taco- this was only 1, so that was a little disappointing at first glance but it’s so good it didn’t matter! ?
At 1am this place is POPPIN’!! Super good food, service, vibe and Dj. I will definitely remember this! If you’re looking for something different after a late night (or anytime really) stop by! It’s like a party but with tacos! :) the place was actually pretty busy, the service was super quick and had a pretty good choice of meats and add ons. It was an fun, surprising and delicious find.(photos were taken to avoid other people trying to enjoy their meals and zoomed out.)
My husband and I went here late at night after other places had closed their kitchens and we needed somewhere close to the hotel. We were so happy we did! We had tacos, tamale, and grilled onion. Everything was fantastic! I loved the salsas - green, red, and guacamole. I would eat here all the time if I lived in SLC!
Good tacos. Very generous portion size. I ordered tacos de asada, pollo, al pastor and chorizo. Add a Mexican coke to complete the meal ?
I am afraid to tell everyone how good it is, but it was that good. The tacos themselves are awesome taste great and very filling. I could only down 2 but I tried 3. One word of caution though, don't try to eat and drive. Park someplace and enjoy every bite. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
We decided to search for tacos after drinking at a bar on main Street and came across this gem. So we walked over which took less than 10 minutes and were very surprised by this cute taco place. They didn't look open at first, but they had a DJ going so the main overhead lights weren't on. The music was super fun and the food was fantastic. The al pastor and Carne asada tacos tasted fantastic. I didn't get to try their lengua which is a go to for me, but that's okay. Next time I will definitely try them. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs food after a fun night ( they're open until 4am) or in general, their tacos will satisfy that craving.
