I've never had a bad experience, or even a mediocre one, at this Starbucks. Today I sat inside for over an hour and one employee stood out--Mykul. Every single customer was greeted in the friendliest manner, not just a "hello-how are you." A few extra words here and there. He has the talent to show that he is present on the job. Kudos to Mykul!
I usually do not spend $5 on a small cup of Joe anywhere. When I did finally stop in for the much needed cup of Joe after a long nights work, the employee taking my order made my coffee exactly as I wanted it. Finally someone took my order literally and listened to specific directions, for taste and flavor.Thank you!! Definitely brightened up my day
Ordered a salted caramel cream brew as i have done 3 times a week for the past year from this location, she handed me my drink and I drove forward. I then realized there was no ice, I circled back and she told me it never comes with ice and was not friendly at all when all I said is there is no ice in my drink. Sadly disappointed when I have had great service from here for a very long time.
This is a great Starbucks location to staff is very friendly and always get my order correct and quickly finished. They follow CDC Covid precautions with social distancing and recommending masks at this location.
Soooo slooowwwwwwwww. Takes 30 minutes to get anything from the baristas here. It’s quicker for me to drive to the location that’s a mile further away. Staff is rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience to them. #notmystarbucks
The drive thru is always busy and the parking stalls are always taken up. But I ge that there is work shortage and don't mind the wait in the drive thru. And the Brista's are always so nice
Staff is friendly, but they are far to heavy handed with the milk and flavorings. I can go to any other Starbucks in any state and it’s fine, but this location never tastes correct. The point of a chain is to have little to no variance from store to store and this is by far the worst tasting location.
Service is ok, coffee is terrible. Seriously bad management. Manager is condescending and passive aggressive towards employees and customers (have overheard her snarky comments multiple times).How they manage to make a latte incorrectly is beyond me. I order the same thing at every Starbucks I go to, this one seems like there is literally one person who has any barista training whatsoever. Not to mention food safety. By the way the employees of this place look, there is no way they are sticking to food safety standards.
I had a business meeting here with just another person. It was quite enough to be able to hear each other talk without raising our voices which was nice. It was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and quick to make the drinks that we wanted
The parking lot, drive thru situation is a nightmare. The barista’s are probably the most unprofessional ones I’ve seen specially reading past reviews. Millcreek is getting nicer but it seems this staff clamors for the less diverse clientele lol.
