Took my daughter on a little Starbucks date before school. Used mobile order and pay and the app glitched on me. When I arrived two employees (while holding our order) reprimanded me saying They need 15 minutes to heat up two sandwiches…and then I asked “well, do you have our order?” ? she handed over our order that was clearly ready….. lol…. Sooooo you did have enough time? I think maybe if you’re this miserable at your job you should get a new one ?. My daughter and I were dying laughing that we really got scolded for ordering something at Starbucks lol so at least we got a good laugh. What happened to good ‘ol fashioned “good morning!” People be angry since COVID lol. At least my daughter and I had something to laugh about this morning so you cannn hasss one star ??? I hope these two can get new jobs that don’t make them so angry at 7am lol

Their cup sizes are tiny (about 1/3 volume) compared to other coffee shops, but they cost way more. The coffee at this location tasted good, but not good enough to charge what they charge.

One of my favorite Starbucks for how the space is utilized with the drive through. Like all Starbucks needs improvement on consistency of product when ordered and receivedAnd the recent labor shortage…Come on - at least update your app when you close suddenly.

As I waited for my drink I was talking to another customer and he said he has been waiting 30 minutes for his drink and it's always like this at this location. I waited 40 minutes for my drink. With 6 employees us customers are confused.

Terrible service. Made our drinks and then literally no one called our name so they say there for 15 minutes melting hidden behind the counter.Also the google maps location for this is innacruate, it’s a good 300 ft south of its location on the map

This location is usually good, but this past week it has been going downhill. I don’t have conversations with the employees or anything and I can tell they are having major issues with staff. It’s actually uncomfortable. Two employees were working the early morning shift and they were working quickly and being nice and I got my drink in reasonable amount of time. Apparently other employees were just MIA. The next two days (with different employees), were working sooo slow even though they had a bunch of customers. My mobile order took over 15 min to get. I asked them a question and they said I don’t know I’m working the drive thru orders, ask “her” which was no one. Very dismissing. I saw employees rolling their eyes at managers and their facial expressions clearly indicated they were upset. It’s awkward when you’re standing there waiting for your coffee and witnessing this. Some of the employees clearly don’t want to be there or help the customers. At least try to hide it in front of customers.

Didn't visit, but coffee tastes like burnt chocolate

Great place. The drive thru can a bit crowded, which might block the road for other cars on the street. A better design is well needed for that. As you you can see from my picture I am almost blocking the road.

Love this place and their employees so friendly

Expedient despite how busy they were. Friendly and curteous staff.
