Bought the coffee for someone else. Don't drink it myself. Staff was friendly, the banana bread was fantastic

Walked up and was just stared at by a taller young man, no greeting of any kind. When I asked about whether they did Keurig cups or not the kids just shook his head. Since the Starbucks Carmel keurig cup uses a medium roast I wanted that, the Starbucks Carmel coffee in the bag is a light roast which is terrible and a medium roast version is not available in a bag only the Keurig cup. At no point was I even spoken to until I said well I guess I don't want anything and that's when I got an "okay". That was the ONLY communication I received from him at all. Starbucks seems to have a problem with that kind of service, this is not the only time this has happened to me at a Starbucks. I have even wrote an email at one point some time ago and NEVER received any response at all. Starbucks you have lost a customer for good now.
Bad i told the guy that looks like he was the manager about my drink, he try to brush me off and told me to move away from the counter and they totally got it wrong for paying almost $8 in the trash
Handy location in the hospital for that pick me up when you're waiting for a patient, an appt, a ride. Quick service, friendly staff, clean environment. Snack choices for those with gluten and dairy intolerances. Lots of options. Delicious drinks. Great open atmosphere.
