I am giving 5 stars for these employees.Their manager with key to the building didn't show up.They waited for over 2 hours in the cold.Politely explaining to each customers of the situation. Expressed concerns for manager who is late.Very dedicated employees not leaving to seek warmth in the cold morning.I hope this review will be forwarded to Corporate.You have a winner. I would give both of them raise.Good luck to both of you guys. I hope you day went better.
This is one of the worse Starbucks. From the wait, the taste and the environment. I waited for 45 minutes and only found out they were 20 mins behind when I asked. I will not be back. And would recommend finding another coffee roaster to go to.
I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich and got a real sausage sandwich on a English muffin... They don't know what products they have to warm up for you. Not coming back
Rude afternoon service. If there are girls working the register, avoid at all costs. The men baristas know how to make coffee. I suggest go in the morning.
This store I love everybody greats you by your name when I was in the hospital with sepsis infection which require partial left knee revision when I finally came back to Starbucks everybody was. Worried they make you feel part of the Family Sara who is the manager cares about her customers she went out of her way to order four more red water bottle to me this Starbucks RocksMe James Pettty
The person who worked the drive thru was great. I told him his service skills were amazing.
The coffee I got was watery and tasted slightly like a dirty machine. Not great. Walked a block to another coffee place, much better. Just had to be sure it wasn't my taste buds.
It was the only place open at 7:30am on a cold Friday morning. The staff was nice and the service was quick. It did have a nice view of Main Street and all the fun that happens there. A good place to people watch and enjoy a light breakfast.
This location is often busy, but it’s not too bad. They had almost everything in stock when I went, which is better than most starbucks. Management is kind. They were training a lot of people when I was there so the baristas were all still new but they didn’t mess anything up and actually were amazing.
It’s an ok Starbucks. I’ve been here a few times and the lines are always too long in the drivethru and they always manage to flub my order.
