The place was empty, employees standing around talking amongst one another rather than cleaning duties, no greeting when walking in. My customer service was not friendly, but not not friendly. The thing I was most disappointed with was that my drink was not made right, tasted like crushed milky frappe ice. How you mess that up I don't know, I've never had it happen before. Perhaps she was a new employee still learning. Establishment was clean and tables, however the chairs were scattered about. I still would recommend this location. It has an appealing bar counter to sit at with outside window view to 600 S. I would definitely chill while on my laptop.
Great coffee, of course. Mugs are hugely overpriced. Twenty five dollars for a mug I can get at Walmart for eight bucks.
Needed a delicious beverage (coffee) after an intense game of dodgeball and Starbucks was there to save me n my friends. They were quick and the coffees were delicious. It's also in a perfect location. Not extremely far from i15 and in the middle of SLC. Been here a few times and plan on returning
Staying at a hotel across the street, we walked over. A professional young woman took our order, but a tyrant manager at the window refused to give it to us because we walked through. “It’s too dangerous”, he yelled, as we stood in the drive through lane .
Completely Rude staff my husband and I are in a Big rig we explain that to them even asked to speak to the manager they said that they could not help us and they wouldn’t allow a customer that I asked to order our coffees and we pay for them through the drive through don’t support this store
Ordered a Venti White Mocha with an extra shot and a Venti Mocha with an extra shot. Received two Venti Mochas(no white mocha) that were like drinking water with a hint of chocolate. It's sad the the coffee I had at IHOP was stronger the the Extra Shoters I ordered at this starbucks.
Refused to serve us or be helpful when we walked from a hotel— said we had to be in a car and wouldn’t even allow us to do a mobile order. Very frustrating
horrible service, I paid and left without coffee, they attended to all the window cars more than seven people working and they had me more than 40 minutes waiting for the coffee that I never had I never go back to that place!Horrible experience!
After explaining what a half calf was more than once and being told that she was new. Do you think she would just take the order and ask someone else instead of just insisting let’s just give you a decaf “let’s do it.” Ugh Yeah she did it she gave me a decaf.
I have had my mobile order wrong about 3 times. It’s very clear what goes in the drink and still is wrong. I will need to taste and look at the drink each time as I’ve lost confidence in this store.
