Apparently, food allergies aren't taken seriously here. Went tonight and asked to have my wrap made with no bell peppers since it's a severe allergy. Person behind the counter said that was fine and it was even listed on the ticket; however, when I got home they had made the order with bell peppers regardless. Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened. Been trying to call back to get a refund but it's just been ringing constantly and no one answers
This is my absolute favorite place to eat. We drive to Salt Lake City once a month just to go here. Their loaded fries are the best! They have such a great flavor of meat too. The atmosphere is super fun as well! I love the Spitz up at Sugarhouse the best due to the atmosphere but the food is great either location.
Love the decor and atmosphere at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the funfetti dip was definitely a key note for me. The service was great as well! Overall, a great experience!
The food was yummy and very filling after a full morning of skiing. We got the Berliner and the Zesty Feta wraps, which were both delicious. You have the option of falafel, chicken, or donar meat. There are vegan options available as well. Food came out fast and the service was great.
I love Spitz, but I have been disappointed at the quality of food over the past few months at this location. Maybe recipes changed? Fries have lost their seasoning flavor, fry basket meals have become a sauce soup, and meat grows more and more skimpy. Please fix, I really miss the old recipes and I'd love to keep coming! Please don't turn into another cheap junk food stand, your food was good, healthy, and worth the price!
Streetcar fries are so good, especially if you get sweet potato. Medi bowl is also great- can make anything veg with falafel and there are some vegan options. Quick service with plenty of seating.
Both orders were half full, not enough food to fill up a 9 year old. One didn’t have dressing and only 2 pieces of chicken. Mine had 3 charred falafel balls that were nearly inedible. As a consistent Spitz goer, if this is the quality of food they’re serving now, I won’t be going back. $15 per meal?? Come on
First visit with my son and it was pretty good. One item I did not like too much but my son ate it all lol. The only reason I will not return is because they have snobs for employees. They act like it's so much effort to come out from the back. Did not surprise me with picking up orders for uber eats since that's what they do all the time.
I love Spitz! Such a great place to grab a tasty bite and it has a cool, hip ambiance. Really wonderful Mediterranean food and you don't have to be super into that type of food to like what they have. The sweet potato fry dish is the best!!
This place is amazing. Great ambience and service. Well priced, 10 will bucks get you a big donner. Really nice flavors and textures.
