I love sonic. But this sonic is is astonishingly terrible. Of all my reviews so far this is the one star that has truly earned it's spot. As I said I love sonic so I keep going back and every time I'm left upset. 100% of my visits have had some form of error and I have been a lot. I try to catch the errors at the window but when they forget the tots, give the wrong flavor nuggets and leave everything on a burger that I asked to have removed, all in the same order it's difficult. Not only that but every single time I mention something is wrong the employees treat me like I'm lying. Every single time.
I love Sonic's food. I love that you don't have to sit and wait in drive-thru before making your order. This particular trip happened to be a request while I was out shopping and just for shakes. The shakes were absolutely amazing absolutely amazing love them but this time I don't know for what reason but they were not doing their normal come out to your car style takeout and I had to wait and drive through.... ??That's okay though I still love y'all ??
Food was slow but my order was correct. Medium average temperature (not too fresh but warm). It was tasty. Everything was fine but I personally didn’t like the service and the man rang up my combo separately which made it more expensive.
Drinks are very good so the the food. Service is a little slow but so is everyone one else. Give them a break. Enjoy the food and drinks. Oh and frinks are always 1/2 price if you use the app.
Sonic used to be my favorite fast food place 15 years ago. I feel like it has gone so downhill which saddens me. I’m pretty sure their beef has gone down in quality because their hamburgers were the best imo and I would order them all the time back in the day. Now when I eat them, the taste is just off and not fresh tasting. The beef has the flavor of a wet cat, and is very off putting, so much that I can’t find myself eating hamburgers here anymore. Prices have gone too high too. $1.59 for a corndog, and the corndog is so tiny. I’d have to order a ton of them to get full and at that price it is not worth. Mozzarella sticks here were my favorite, but 80% of the time they are cold and the cheese has solidified instead of being melted so it is not appetizing. Tots were my favorite too but they are usually cold and sometimes even stale.I think the only reason to go here for it to be worth it is the drinks since you can add flavors and make unique drinks. The shakes also are very good. That’s about it. They are also always short staffed because the pay is probably really low, so most of the time you are waiting forever for your order, even if you just ordered ice, waiting can be really long which is another reason why I just never go here anymore. Once my favorite, now my least favorite.
If there is a zero-star option for me to rate this store, I will definitely use it. This store is the worst sonic in the Nation. Employees here are slow, disrespectful, and they pack food poorly. The parking lot is poorly designed as well, together with the poorly packed food they prepared, I was not able to hold on my car door. As the result, my door hit the ordering screen and it creates a dent on my vehicle. Hate this place so much, and I will never come back. It will be on my boycott list forever!
Ordered through the order ahead app. Received the incorrect order. I called the store, they said they would give me the correct order if I came back. Arrived at the store waited 17 min to get the incorrect order a second time. Asked for no pickles and added lettuce and tomato ( which you pay extra for). Received plenty of pickles but no lettuce or tomatoes. I will never order from this location again. It should get zero stars!!!
Usually good, but chili wraps with no chili?? And 2 of them?? Ewwww! They also did not give me NEARLY the number of dipping sauces I ordered, when I ordered a bunch of 99¢ corn dogs some months back. DIPPING SAUCES ARE ESSENTIAL(And No, according to my emailed receipt and app order history, I did not accidentally remove the chili from the order, which the app does not even allow you to do, anyway.)
I don't eat at Sonic often but I was driving buy and saw the advertisement for a new burger so I thought why not? Ordered the new burger and some chili cheese fries and away I went. The food was good. And the price is alot better than all of the other fast food places.
