Food is good, The highschool staff is very very unprofessional. They were rapping swearing flipping each other off and you could just tell they don’t care. Maybe just talk to Juan and his friend. They were nice to us but after we got done ordering they were being crude
Coffee is excellent, and I had a couple of them while waiting for my flight. I also tried their breakfast burgers which are quite huge in that price and very tasty.
I was the only person there at first, took my order. After that, a lot of people came to add orders. People who ordered after me, received their order before me. There seemed to be a lot of chaos while the back fulfilled orders. When I finally went order, it was wrong. My burger looked delicious, but had very little flavor. Hubby enjoyed his. We have locations here in Oregon, would like to give them one more try.
Visited the location back in November while at the airport during a layover.Though they were busy there was still a few seats available.The bartender did an excellent job with managing the work of making drinks for everybody/completing food orders/and bringing the food and sides to everybody at the bar and the tables nearby.The prices were not bad - especially considering the overhead they pay for the location at the airport.All of the employees - as well as the customers I talked to - were friendly and nice.
Friendly staff, however the food was not too good. My burger was heavily salted and had a hair, and my moms burger had stuff she asked to not be put on it. On top of that, either the smashfries are very underwhelming, or we were given regular French fries.
An amazing place to wind down while waiting for your flight. Food was amazing and waiters where very cautious and consoled passengers after our plane had a mechanic issue. Thanks for making a frustrating experience amazing.
Unprofessional employees, I ordered a strawberry shake, stood there for 15mins. a lady made an order shake and put it back in the freezer, made another one stood on the side and talk to the cashier like there's no one waiting in line , drinking her shake yepping away. I got tired of waiting and asked for my refund. cashier apologized and said that she made the wrong shake...well say something or make the right one instead of talking with each other and people are waiting in line, it's rude when they speak in Spanish, will not go there again.
Literally the nastiest, most expensive burger I've ever purchased. It was truly disgusting
Insanely slow. They didn’t even turn on the grill until about 10 minutes after I ordered. Asked for a refund at about 30 mins. Never again.
The tater tot container was full of oil in the bottom and soaked through the bag before I even sat down. The bacon on the burger was so salty and tough that I couldn't eat more than half of it. Terrible experience, will never go back.
