Walking in their menu screens are broken. Then I used my phone to look up the menu. We ordered a Double Classic and a Truffle Mushroom, two reg smash fries and one large drink. They brought out the wrong food. Then when i asked about the smash fries the gal got snappy and said thats not what we ordered. Now she’s been at the register avoiding us like the plague. Worst customer service ever! I wont ever come back here again.
There was a sign on the door that said something like "Please excuse us for the long wait times, we are short-staffed." That seemed like an understatement. I waited to pick up the food for 20+ minutes (I had ordered 30 minutes before I showed up). It's difficult to pick a rating because the food was good but the service was decidedly below par. ::insert confused emoji:: Maybe they have straightened out their staffing issues? If so, I'd recommend it.
Super yummy and fast service. They’re very understaffed so I was impressed with how pleasant they were and how fast they were able to get our food to us.
First time here. Had the bacon smash burger and smash fries which are fries with rosemary and other things I think? All I tasted was the rosemary. Fries were not bad, I was expecting better, but they tasted like burger king fries with rosemary sprinkled on. The burger was pretty good. They season their meat really well so it has flavor and a good beef flavor too. The bacon was fatty too which I like. The burger was pretty salty, which I like, so it is definitely crave-able because of that.My complaint is I ate it all and I’m still hungry. I guess if you’re really hungry then get the double. Wish they gave more fries and some fry sauce would’ve been nice, they just gave me ketchup for these premium rosemary fries lol. I think they have sauce but you gotta order it or else you don’t get it with your rosemary fries. Burgers are a little pricy, but you are getting a good tasting burger that is crave-able so I guess the price is decent. Not the best tasting burger in the world, but you will be satisfied with the flavor and good taste, so you might find yourself back here for the taste of a burger you can only get when smash prepared. The guy at the front was really nice. Will be back, but for a double next time.
This was one of my wife's favorite places when we were first dating. Now everything is so expensive and they got rid of their original *Smash Fries (*they used to be a yummy blend of regular fries and sweet potato fries with olive oil and rosemary and herbs). Now they just have regular fries that they call "Smash Fries" and unseasoned sweet potato fries. Really disappointed. Food did taste good, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it since it was so pricey.
Both times I ordered online from Sugarhouse, they delivered our order to the wrong branch and tried to blame us for it! The second time I ordered here, they sent it to Draper and told us to pick it up there! Because they had sent my first order to 3300 S a month ago, this time I had a screen shot of my order. They tried to claim "You ordered it for 3:07 PM" even though their system only allows 15 minute intervals, and it actually said Mar 03 7:45 PM! Nice try. They made my wife wait for 10 minutes and charged the full balance despite their mistake. Two strikes and Smashburger is out. It is not like you dont have a lot of good burgers to choose from in SLC.
Fantastic. Big open dining, and the burger is almost as great as the famous Box Elder County Fair burger
We just ate there today, the burgers we both had were cold to the touch. Two times did they go through the heating process untill they were warm. The rep says that they do not know if the burgers are hot or not, i find that hard to believe.
Ordered the beef brisket burger without a bun I thought they would have done something more to dress it up for $10 it looked like a kid mail hamburger
Had a double bacon cheeseburger with turkey patties, add avocado, add mushrooms, and the rosemary fries. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I was blown away. The fries were great too!
